Quite expensive breakfast CHF 25 per adult, CHF 10 for children for not much of a selection. But the male member of staff did offer my mum a complimentary breakfast for our stay for her birthday so between the 3 of us it worked out reasonable but I wouldn't have been happy paying full price for what was on offer. A kettle (not just coffee machine) would have been nice in the room.

Whilst the location is great. the hotel is not easy to find the first time as the outside doors are not well signposted, and like other reviewers, I had to ask someone. Not really a negative, more a small challenge :)

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the new railway station and a 10 minute walk into the old part of town. The staff were very welcoming right from the start in a very relaxed but still professional manner. Whenever you met staff around the hotel they were always polite, said "hi" and wanted to know if everything was OK. The room was compact but of sufficient size for a short stay, especially the bathroom and walk in shower. The mini bar was checked and stocked each day as needed and housekeeping always c;leaned however late the room was left empty. We did not try the buffet breakfast but there was a variety of restuarants cafes within a 5 minute walk including a Chinese all you can eat buffet.

This time I made an “upgrade” to stay in the luxe room and I didn’t really see the (cost-benefit) difference.

It’s my second time in this hotel and it’s simply one of the most comfortable places I’ve been. The staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms are brand new, the location is very practical for those who have plans around Bulle. It’s a beautiful and wonderful place to be (probably I’ll be back again).

Parking garage was not easily located but a kind security guard went with my husband and showed him where it was . It does eventually come up right below the hotel and you can take an elevator right up to your floor. Rooms have no drawers or closets so we upgraded but had to put everything on the couch or you actually live out of your suitcase.

Difficult to find initially no signage. It is actually right next to the train station in a mall. Mall is convenient with shops, restaurants and a very nice food store Milagros.

Nothing really, the parking is a bit tricky to find if you’re not local, but the hotel sends good info regarding this and if you follow that, it is fine.

Brand new hotel with delightful furnishings, very stylish and extremely comfortable, lovely colour tones in the rooms and bar. Great bed and bedding, big shower, a novelty in Europe often. The welcome we received from Marc was the best we’ve ever received, he was so warm and friendly, and continued to be as we saw him later. He is a true credit to the hotel. Close to a supermarket and restaurants, very convenient.

Extremely difficult to find. In addition to room cost, parking was extra. Absolutely NO view.

This is a harder review to write as this was a lovely room but the location wasn’t our style. If you are traveling by train this spot is for you! It was modern, comfortable, great outlet positioning with good breakfast. Great bathroom (shower was awesome) Parking was convenient (but cost extra!)

Stylish hotel in a very convenient location right next to the train station in Bulle (but still quiet!) Staff are super kind and welcoming. We were able to check in a bit early as our room was ready, and we were given great recommendations for exploring the local area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location just in front of the station, with an underground parking or an option for an open parking area just in front. The rooms were comfy, nicely decorated & clean. The staff were very welcoming & nice. Also the hotel is close to a supermarket which opens everyday and witching walking distance to many bars & restaurants

I wish it had a bit of a courtyard or access to some outdoor/green space. Unfortunately, many hotels lack this and I really feel it's an element that would make longer stays (not just overnight) so much more pleasant.

Wonderful, classy, comfortable hotel right outside the Bulle train station (entrance is through the shopping centre with the Migros). The staff is excellent, the breakfast offered tasty, local varieties and was served until late, the suite was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly cleaned. Having the Migros downstairs open every day until late was also extremely convenient as is the fact that you can take any train or bus right from the doorstep. The centre of the town itself is a mere 6min walk.

The location is a bit far from main city

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.
