The hotel is facing a really noisy street, so it’s loud all the time. I didn’t get any sleep because of that and for 300- a night that’s not really acceptable.

No lunch no dinner at the hotel, reception area too small, no place to meet with someone or work unless you go downstairs where the breakfast tables are, no bar, doors closing at 21:00 and you must either have your key with you or ring the bell, the area not good, really rundown/rough, hand soap in the room just a tiny bar soap not a proper bottle with a pump

Excellent location, within easy walking distance from the railway station. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Allowed us early check in which was great since we had arrived very early. Much appreciated. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Very nice room with good views and good air conditioning. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and once again, the staff were friendly and helpful. The perfect place to stay! Thanks to all the hotel staff!

Breakfast selection was great but sadly they always put too little from the food which made it finish really quickly :/ . Even when we went for breakfast at 8am most of the things were finished!! ( cheese , eggs etc ..)

The hotel price is worth it. Rooms were tidy and clean .. not noisy at midnight at all :D. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!.

Nothing - it was perfect!

I had a fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel - I must say a big thank you to Angélique who provided a great welcome and hospitality from the moment I arrived. The hotel has everything you need, is walking distance to all the great attractions of Geneva and the train station if you want to go further. Also thank you to Pauline at the front desk. Looking forward to my next visit!

Juliean in the front desk was a key reason for us loving our stay, he clearly understood the power of first impression from a customer service perspective. He was pleasant and helpful in finding the parking location and checking us in to pointing out good places to eat and see. This was a change to what we have experienced in that regard😞. The room is “cozy” and ver clean with a comfortable layout and bathroom. Will certainly visit again and will recommend it.

There was nothing not to like.

It was all amazing, such friendly staff, great location so close to the train station and other places such as cafes and restaurants. The room was beautiful, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever seen and the bathroom was gorgeous, so spacious and with great amenities. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful with everything.

The room could be bigger.

We already knew this hotel chain and as we liked it a lot we chose this option to stay in Geneva. It's not exactly in the area with the most tourist traffic but that wasn't a problem for us, we didn't mind walking a few blocks to see the main points of the city. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, with good happy hour options on weekdays. The room is not big, but it is comfortable. The breakfast is very good. For city standards, we think it was a good relationship between the daily rate and the quality of the hotel.
