Guests may complain about the cruise ship size shower, but water was hot.

Morning shift check in guy was very friendly and helpful. Seems to like people and made sure we had enough coffee.

The rooms facing the tram are pretty noisy, the tram passes frequently, there was a loud dance party across the street that lasted all night and the windows are not soundproof. I’d recommend asking for a room facing the little park in front of the hotel.

Room was basic but everything was functional and fine, the reception area is cute and they make you coffee in the morning. The staff were very nice.

The location was just pefect , close to the city center and to all public transport! Really good deal that they have with the parking in the train station which is also really close. The room is simple, clean, good value for money.

Saturday night was noisy.

Arrived in Geneva late morning and our accommodation was a 10 minute walk from the station, easily located. We were staying for one night only transiting through Geneva to Rome. The room was compact with 3 single beds, a desk and small bathroom……all we needed for the night. The only negative was that it was a street facing room on a very busy street and the traffic throughout the Saturday night, including lots of sirens, drunk and loud people was quite sleep disturbing. Our room was ready so we were able to check in and go sight seeing. Our check in person was very helpful providing advice and a map of where we could see the best of Geneva in an afternoon. Public transport is free with our visitor voucher so we were able to take a tram to the Botanic Gardens and the boat across lake Geneva. We wanted to experience a traditional Swiss cheese fondue and were advised of a restaurant on the wharf which didn’t disappoint. We left too early to experience the breakfast.

On the other hand, the location, because it is located next to a busy road, where you can hear ambulance and police sirens at night (almost every evening and early morning), which can cause you to not get a good night's sleep.

On the one hand, a good location, close to the lake and the Cornavin station, and it is possible to get to the airport very quickly (eg from the hotel to the airport in 15-20 minutes!). The rooms have an emphasis on wooden furniture, which I particularly liked, and the view from the room was delightful.

Squeaking floor in our room.

The gentle at the reception is the best. His service is beyond the ceiling. He even came with us to the parking to assist which beyond his duties. Well knowledgeable in the whole Geneva in a way he gives us a complete guidance from transportation, restaurant all the way to the attractions. Lastly, the location is excellent as it is near the train station.

As the hotel is on a busy street, we did hear the traffic through the night (we stayed Saturday to Sunday so perhaps it's less busy on week days). If you have ear plugs it shouldn't be a problem.

Very friendly staff welcome and only 8 minutes walking from the train station. We came with a baby and it was good to have an elevator. We were upgraded to a family room - and were very pleased with the support provided (a baby bed, room with a bath tub) and enough space for us. Shower had a nice pressure. We liked the space of the room, although some might find it a little outdated we thought it had history. Breakfast was available for only CHF5, we didn't make use of it but found a very cute bakery around the corner where we got a baguette.

One night stay. Excellent welcome and support. Very clean and tidy and good location. Pavel at the front desk was very helpful and klnd. Bathroom was clean albeit small. Nice, warm rooms. Short walk from the station was a bonus. We were not expecting much from a 2 star so were pleasantly surprised!

Room is not noise controlled. So noisy at night from the traffic and trains. I imagine it's not just the room I stayed in. Double glass windows is a must for an institution of this calibre!!
