It is near an Indian restaurant, so the food smell is strong. We are OK, but it is not recommended to anyone who don't like the Indian food's smell.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the smell was unbearable, like staying in a house that hadn't been aired out in years. Everything was old and dirty, giving the impression that it had never been cleaned. The hotel's location was also a major issue. It's situated above restaurants, and the area was excessively noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. The price was outrageously high for the quality of accommodation offered. Parking was available for a fee of 15 CHF per night, and it was so cramped that parking the car was nearly impossible. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was an issue with our original room and were upgraded to a larger one. If this was the best room they could offer, I don't even want to imagine how bad our original room would have been. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night, and we definitely won't be choosing this hotel again. The kitchen was extremely dirty, and although there were utensils for cooking, they were so disgusting that we couldn't bring ourselves to use them. Overall, it was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've ever had. I hope this helps!

Rooms and furniture are old and worn out. There is no lift in the building. The name of the hotel is confusing coz there is another hotel called “Downtown Apartment” which is like a good 10min walk away from this. The name of this hotel is Toscana, also called Downtown Apartment 9. Advisable to use the exact address provided on email to reach the right Hotel.

Absolutely appalling management - we went there and asked if we could get an early check in - so the receptionist fooled us by saying that the can give me a bigger and better place near it (Linda Inn) and sent us there. We paid for a balcony view and proper place and turnsout they sent us to a crappy hole place with absolutely dirty bedsheets, stained towels, bunk beds and (one double bed) and in a gully. My goodness - we couldn't sleep all night as we were scratching ourselves due to God knows what in the beds and had to take Loratadines and Paracetamols in the morning. And when we requested a full refund they refused. I assure you all to go and look at the Linda Inn lodge reviews yourselves and never fall for this scam ever if you want to stay with these folks. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP IF THEY TELL YOU TO MOVE TO A BIGGER AND BETTER ROOM ELSEWHERE..STAY WHERE YOU PAID FOR. may be the place here would have been great, but my review is for Linda Inn lodge and not Downtown apartment. however, they are getting my scath because they fail to realise their mistake, they failed to apologise and failed to provide me with a place that i paid for.

Utensils and kitchen were very dirty. Not properly cleaned and still stain marks. Some of the pots and pans are very old.The used food items from previous ocupant was still there.
