The staff were excellent in dealing with customers. The arrangement and decoration of rooms I booked. The design of the hotel that gives the flexibility in booking rooms for individual ,families or group of people. The location is close to the necessary places that the visitors may need.

Staff at check-in were a little vague which was off putting considered we had two rooms booked.

Excellent location with views of the lake across the road. Beautiful modern room with fabulous bathroom, bath and separate shower, double basins. Bed was comfortable, pillows average. Room was spacious.

We were placed in a room right next door to a yappy dog that never stopped barking. When raised with staff, there was no offer to move us or resolve the situation. Also upon check in the staff recommended we eat at the hotel restaurant, when we tried to dine there we were told they could not accommodate us. Seriously I could spend much less money for patronizing service provided at this facility.

It’s a beautiful facility right across from Lake Zürich! We’ll appointed and could be a five star hotel!

The service was absolutely awful. Check-in was slow. Only one of the two rooms was ready when we arrived around 4 pm but we took that in our stride as we hadn't informed the property exactly when we were arriving. That evening it took over 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and the waitress who arrived told my justifiably annoyed husband that it took so long as the elevator was not working - for the record our room was on the second floor. The next morning one of our rooms had a leak from the bathroom ceiling flooding the bathroom floor and soaking the bottom of our suitcases. After an hour of waiting for repairs the occupants of that room crossed over to the other room to bathe and leave the hotel around 11 am. We were asked to pack the bags in the room with the nonoperational bathroom so that they could shift us to another room if they were unable to fix this easily. We got back to the hotel at 5 pm and the service staff was still working on the bathroom and the alternative room was not made available for yet another hour after we returned. One expects better service than this at any hotel, more so at a premium hotel. While we were checking out the receptionist asked us how our stay had been and we gave her feedback. Until then we had only follow up calls - no complaints as we were genuinely trying to be understanding. She made a brief apology and explained she needed a Manager's authorisation on compensation but she would look into it. We had no meals at the hotel as our experience with the service levels were abysmal. I have waited over a month to write this review hoping to hear from the hotel and write this off to an unfortunate incident. I have received one lame email with no mention of any concession or refund. I certainly see no reason to recommend this hotel as there are many alongside with the similar location at significantly lower rates. At CHF 900 and 700 per room night (which is what we paid for our rooms) you certainly expect more.

The hotel is very well located it faces the lake and the view from our balcony room was lovely. The property has been recently renovated and combines old world charm and modern amenities well.
