Loved our stay. Beautiful room. Unparalleled views. Lovely staff. Breakfast could have been better but was good overall. Fabulous location and most main sites are walkable from the hotel!

Perfume in the air system in common areas caused me severe allergies. Too strong and heavy. Need lighter fragrance. Slightly overpriced, but very nice views.

Sebastian. Worst employee ever. I just asked for a dessert and he was laughing for 15 mins like no, we can’t do nothing darling, even thought all 3 days we was having it in the restaurant and our suit. Had to bring manager to make him do his job. He said I didn’t give him time to check with chef, but I clearly said I have one hour before the trip and could wait to have it one more time. Ruined the end of the trip and no desire to come back because of the employees like that trying to show the attitude

Very nice view from the room, best in Zurich. Loved the Italian woman in the Eden restaurant she was very fast and smart with our order, all was tasty. Reception and guys who bring the luggage was very professional. Cleaning well done. Good bar upstairs.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent in my whole life! When I visit Zurich again, this hotel will be one of the main reasons!

A very minor thing, the quality of the shower caps (they often break after the first use). Still, not a dealbreaker.

This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.

Beautiful rooms . Enough space to stay I. As a couple. The staff is wonderful and the bar and dining area very stylish. Rinald was the best with he special cocktails . He was always polite but super clued up and gave best advise about where to go in the city. I will definately go back to this hotel.

- to my taste it’s was a little far from the center of action - house keeping staff should be a little considerate I just removed the don’t disturb button and all it took was 10 seconds for her to knock twice and open the door - dine In menu was a little simplistic I couldn’t order anything - the table and chairs in the corner room is annoying to sit on they remind me of wooden chairs that are used in cafes to force people to not overstay their welcome - when guests close their doors near our room we can hear the big boom inside our room

- small but grand - free minibar is always a plus - upgrade upon arrival appreciated - fridge was cold - the whole bathroom was incredible - location is good - tv was great - they gifted us hats that are beautiful - next to the opera house
