The room is super lovely. I love every single detail of how the room was designed with so many storage yet doesn't look cramp at all with the sliding door for privacy purpose. Had a good bubble bath in the beautiful free standing bath tub. Beautiful view at the balcony overlooking Matterhorn and the village. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay, would highly recommend it!

Would be great if there was a hot tub. Everything else was superb. No complaints.

The location was superb, the staff were so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean. Our breakfast was delicious and we'd definitely stay again.

Would love to have more facility around the spa and pool. Also the breakfast could be a bit better.

There is a pickup-delivery service to main train stations. Which is very convenient. Also the room is lovely and have a very good view as described!

Sadly there were no evening meals, however the reception we happy to make reservations for our group. Not really a negative point as we had not expected to eat dinner in the hotel..

Breakfast is very nice with a selection of home made pastries, as well as the usual fruit, meat, cheese, etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from train station - the hotel also have a free taxi service that can collect you. Wellness' facilities are top level, with a great pool and spa.

It was the best holiday I've ever had. The Matterhorn view room was very comfortable and magnificent. There is everything you need in the room. Room cleaning is done daily and they are very meticulous. Having spa and pool facilities was perfect to relieve the tiredness of the day. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. When I got off at the train station, the hotel's free transfer greeted me. It is within walking distance of the train station and the cable cars. Thank you for the meal they prepared for me as I was leaving early in the morning on the last day. The people at the reception were very helpful and supported in every way. I left here with wonderful memories. I want to come again next year :)

Eden Wellness is an amazing hotel: friendly staff, spacious and well furnished room, delicious breakfast, great spa, very clean. The EV ride to the train station was super helpful too. We loved our stay!

Front desk staff could be a little more helpful with information about the area.

The location is very good. Easy walking to downtown, yet very quiet. Breakfast has everything we want. Perfect size not too big and not too small either.

The bed was rather hard.

The breakfast was superb, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room, with a view of the Matterhorn, was excellent and very modern.

Wonderful location, beautiful rooms and hotel. Staff was so kind and gave us great recommendations for our first time in Zermatt. Will definitely stay again. Also, pool, Sauna was amazing.
