The pillow is too soft for us.

The information provided by the receptionist is clear, and he toured us at the house and explained the rule. My group consists of 6 ppl, and the house is spacious for all of us. The bed is comfy, and places are clean. The kitchen is spacious too. The location of the house is like 8 mins walk to Zurich HB station and 14mins to Coop or touristy places. The location is good for us.

Nothing really that I can think of, maybe they just might need to make the access method to the apartment more modern as in using a card or something as opposed to the keys they hand in that outdated leather pouch, but that's only if am nitpicking here lol

The location of the property is just perfect ... 10 min walk to the train station, and the view from the upper level apartments is just phenomenonal ... seriously, the view alone is a good reason to choose this particular location for EMA properties. The apartment is modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay, including a washing machine and a dryer, and of course, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and all.

the location was perfect. It takes 5 minutes walk to get to the main train station of Zurich and 20-25 minutes walk to reach the lake. OIt has vey good access to trams. The property is next to a park and a museum. It is vey clean.

The location is perfect. You can easily reach BS (railway station ) and to any place in the center of the city. The view is extra good from the penthouse. The kitchen has everything you need for a family stay.

I would say for stays longer than 2 days provide more washing machine tabs. It was a little confusing at check in as we went to the apartment so had to wait for someone to meet us there.

Lots of good facilities for cooking. Very clean apartments. They accommodated early check in.

We turned up late at 9pm and the Google map took us to the back of the hotel. Best your checkin instructions are updated to include a photo of the front reception and note us to meet your staff inside there.

Cleanliness, size, and that they thought of even having a washing machine & drier for laundry which has not the been the case in holiday apartment rentals we had in Germany. Access to the tram station was great, although the location was convenient enough for us to want to walk to most sights.

- AC did not work so I was sweating most of my time inside - bed and pillows were very uncomfortable - there are two different, separate entrances for the building and wish this was disclosed during check-in. This made it a bit difficult for Uber delivery to find me. - unable to download the EMA app if you are from the Americas

Everything from the beginning to the end of our stay was excellent . Front desk were all super helpful , caring and very comfortable to approach and ask . So close to all downtown facilities . If I'm back I will definitely stay here.

The accomodations were very spacious, with an incredible view of Zürich, and could not have been more centrally located.

We took a three bed room apartment & missed two full toilets. There was a full toilet with a shower and WC and the second one was a WC only.

The hotel met all out expectations and was extremely central. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes u to Zurich HB station in 5 min which was extremely convenient. The biggest COOP supermarket was also a 5 min bus ride. There was cleaning also during our stay and refiling of the toiliteries. The staff was really helpful. A must stay!

The only thing was no aircon in summer, it was very hot but they did give us Dyson fans

It was SO central to everything! We had a beautiful view of the river running through town and we could watch everyone jump into it through summer having a wonderful time! The amount of fresh air running through the apartment was spectacular, it was the best accommodation we had stayed in all trip!

We are repeat guests. This is the second time staying. Last year it was a good experience so we are back! We always love the spaciousness of the rooms and catered all provisions as a good serviced apartment would! Staff are helpful friendly and prompt in responding to questions. They were very kind to allow us to store our large luggage for 4 days between 2 legs of tour Zurich stat while we headed off to Zermatt. Do ask in advance. With kids the apartment is excellent as it allows kid to run around inside and Lounge around on lazy days. We cooked several meals and find the cleaning service always good. It is central enough to be walking distance to the main train station Zurich Bahnhof. Yet slightly off the city centre enough to be more reasonably priced. We enjoy the summer walk along the Limmat to and fro everyday.
