located on a uphill slope so it was hard dragging our heavy bags from train station. would have taken the tram instead of walk if we knew the tram goes right outside the hotel.

The bed is very noisy, because of the goose downs. The shower spray is simply very weak and it takes time to adjust the temperature to the correct one. Shower-curtain has a bit of a smell, but it is functional (no water drips/leaks from it as the usual shower area with curtain (we prefer the glass one). The sink in the bathroom is very flat and the water splashed a lot when we washed our face etc.

We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was great, very fresh, and not too much or too little. But some days they missed sending the correct items. For e.g., we asked for 1 gluten-free bread and 1 regular bread basket, and also a cheese platter for vegetarians (no ham, etc.). Then 2 of 5 days they sent us without gluten-free bread and cheese platter with ham etc. Other than that, it was great.

Everything . From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we had to say good bye . Staff, room, food, scenery and everything. Most important location of the hotel and value for money. Great walk to town and back. Also not to forget the front desk staff we dealt with three different staff and all of them were outstanding. Will see you soon

The hotel is walkable distance from the main station. There's slope before reaching the hotel, which might be a bit tiring for people with luggages.

The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Even though I only stayed for 1 night, the hotel staffs went extreme mile for us to celebrate our honeymoon.

EMA Suites was wonderful for our family of five. Our three sons loved it. Really good breakfast to start the day. Nice view over Zurich and perfectly situated in the Heart of this wonderful town. The Stoff was great and took care of everything we needed. Thanks for the nice gift 🍾 on new years eve. We highly recommend EMA and will return there for sure. Thanks!!! Sebastian & family

washer dryer does not have a good drying function so needed to go to the laundromat to get out clothes dried out in time. there is also an additional charge for use of the kitchenette - my first time encountering this separate charge having stayed in many apartments previous but never in European countries, perhaps it is the norm for Europe.

Great space, Great view & location. easily accessible by tram and easy to travel to and fro airport. accommodated luggage storage which made travelling around Switzerland much easier.

Located in a quiet residential area of Beckenhof with the tram stop less than 50 yards away, 5 minutes from Zurich Central Station. Great in-room breakfast, unique design, washer, and the most comfortable bedding I have ever experienced...immaculate housekeeping...hand written welcome notes....so much more than "just a hotel".

Even though we paid a lot of money for our stay, all the kitchen cupboards were locked and we must to pay another 25 francs to open them to use the kitchen facilities. It was the first time that we have seen something like this in a rented suite.We couldn’t have plates, or forks, nothing, only glasses for the coffee... it seemed very strange to us...

The room was very clean,the beds comfortable,the view from the room very nice!! Close to the city center,only 10’ by foot in a quiet neighborhood!

The room was cold and they didn't have more than 1 portable heater. Radiators were turned off and only AC was working which was not heating up the room.

The room was clean, tidy and well organized. All required equipments in the kitchen and other areas were available. It deserves a 5* without a doubt.... If I visit the Zurich again, this is the place I'll stay.
