We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandIt’s a shame not to have a kettle with tea in the room. Not many healthy options at the spa buvette.
Breakfast was great however more variety of bread would be appreciated. The location of the hotel on the slopes is great. The spa is well built, lots of different things to discover - and what a view!

Contemporary stylish and cosy high luxury Boutique Hotel unique in “4 Vallées” except W (but much higher overpriced) in Verbier. Fantastic outdoor and indoor pool and spa. Direct ski slopes access. Very friendly staff and good restaurants

United KingdomAs expressed before, i think house keeping can be improved. I deliberately asked for room to be cleaned by (putting label outside) only to return to the room seeing the sign turned around to Do Not Disturb and not cleaner. Not sure if staff were lazy or if this was an accident. Have sympathy that you are still in pre opening stage. The above really ruins the experience which has been very positive.

United Kingdom- our room was not available at the 3pm check in time, we had to wait an hour with little information - house keeping was inconsistent (sometimes forgot to refresh water bottles) & didn’t change glasses - the room’s electric sockets are all by the door in one place, none by the desk or by one of the bedside tables - no briefing on check in on restaurants, facilites, location etc
- beautiful view from restaurant & bar - ski in & ski out - good ski & boot room - very nice & friendly staff - lovely breakfast with great a la carte options - food at the restaurant in the evening was very nice, except the pizzas which are very average for the price

United KingdomThe food in the restaurant didnt live up to expectations. Breakfast selection is poor. The dinner menu is average and what we had was generally bland and not what you would expect for a hotel like this (its not cheap). When half the menu is pizzas, to be told there are no pizzas tonight as the guy who makes the dough is on his day off is poor. That said, it is their first week and it was clear the kitchen staff were under pressure so hopefully that will improve with time.
The staff were exceptional - especially as it was their first week after opening. They were professional and keen to help. They could do with a few more staff in some areas (e.g. getting a drink at the bar often took some time during busy periods. The hotel itself is wonderful and when fully finished in the Summer will be a great destination. Ski in / ski out was great and the boot room was clean and spacious

SwitzerlandThe Eringer hotel is modern and superbly decorated in the chalet theme. Amazing views and good location for skiing, ski touring, hiking etc. Beds are large and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent with an open kitchen to view the chefs preparing the delicious food. Hotel guests are offered complementary entrance to a devine wellness with choice of sauna according to temperature preference, many thermal baths and relaxing areas. Best part is the staff who took care to give personalized service, advice and kindness. We often look for cheaper accommodation but Eringer Hotel has so much to offer it was, in fact, good value for money.

Back again this year, tried the new restaurant Le 1809 and the menu at the Stubli, new management and new team, the result is excellent food and great quality, even the marinated salmon is prepared homemade for breakfast ! Special thanks to Eva for her help during my stay.

United StatesThe property is basically a construction site which is not disclosed anywhere when booking or on the hotel's website. Many of the facilities are not open yet, there is not much surrounding the hotel itself, everything is a far walk or requires a car, and there are very few options for easy transportation. The hotel's restaurant operation is a complete disaster (besides the daily breakfast, which was great). The food was generally fine, but the management and service was atrocious.
The hotel itself is new, clean, well maintained, and has nice facilities. The bar/lounge area is very nice and the bar staff was particularly great.

Australia-This hotel is on a construction site, yet they don't mention that online. There are cranes in all the photos. -If you are staying on the 4th floor, you can hear the people upstairs thumping around. -We emailed about coffee and tea facilities in our room and were told it was included, but it was not. -The swimming pool is broken and averaging 28 degrees instead of 35. -Dog hair on our white sheets. -We ordered and ate our full dinner in the restaurant before the drinks came, even though we asked 3 times for them. - There was a lack of information on check-in. No directions for drying room, ski in/out etc -You can't rely on the info on their website or booking.com. Call and check first. Someone just copied and pasted it from somewhere else. -The outdoor bar is not open. -Rooms are too hot and you can't turn down the temp. We had the door open all day and night for 4 days in the middle of winter. -Staff walk around without purpose. -Restaurant staff abuse customers. -There's a very long wait for the elevator. -No food at the bar, as noted in the hotel online info. I asked 3 days in a row. -No pillow menu, as noted in the online info. -The pizza oven is not working. -Hotel management is different in multiple areas around the hotel so there is no connectivity. Really dysfunctional actually. -The main hotel manager is great and trying hard to pull this place together. So are the reception and bar staff. They just need to get rid of the spa and restaurant staff.
Fantastic new hotel, in a great location. BUT!!!! It's not ready for a full house yet, it's totally dysfunctional at the moment.

United KingdomHotel still under construction (after 2 years opening it's kind of a shame) View could be nice except for the construction site just under the balconies (2 cranes) Service from staff couldn't be worse, even if they are nice persons they seem not trained (concierge not able to locate the hotel on a map for hiking suggestion, painful checkout process with many mistakes on the bill) In-house restaurant is a joke (half the menu not available, waiters don't know what wine is available and bring white instead of red), long waiting time but they offered us drinks to compensate Appliances in room and bathroom are low quality, very very far from 4 stars standing Prices are really high for what you get

Switzerland1. the are still works going on and this was not mentioned while booking the room 2. the pool was mentioned to be by the staff at 30C when we got out in 5 min they said: oh yes true we have issues! why don’t you tell it right away? 3. snacks between 2pm and 6:30pm? the were none due to lack of … mysterious? 4. restaurant: though food is delicious, the oven was not working. Staff siting on the sofa at 5pm and saying what do we need? In jeans and doudoune and trainings. The price is exaggerated. oh by the way the stuff was on their mobile phone or laughing between themselves. 4. by the way if you pay more than 400chf for the night the parking is not included 5. be ready to run after the staff to ask what is for breakfast and speak Italian. Honestly we would understand if due to a 2 years opening and luck of experience. But 400chf a night? You can find a 5 star in Crans Montana.
