We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

HungaryBased on the booking website I had the idea that it has a kitchen as well. Unfortunately, it does not have one, and the booking site did not state that, so it was my misunderstanding.
The apartment is located in the attic of a large family house with three rooms and a bathroom. It is next to a train station, which offers good connections to the nearby attractions (like Zürich). The host family was incredibly nice and helpful, and we are grateful for the opportunity to meet with them.

Would like to say a big thank you for the family. They were super nice and their hospitality was great. Would definitely recommend. It is located near the train station but there was no noise at all. The accomodation was comfortable with an air-condition, a comfortable bathroom with hot water. Comfortable beds and clean. For the apartment you need to go up the stairs through the house. They were very nice people. About 25 minutes from Zurich by car and 15 minutes from Rhine falls.

Fantastic welcome by excellent hosts, treated like family, unfortunately all local restaurants were shut, so we ventured to the supermarket, not an issue, and we ate in the garden whilst chatting to the owner. IsraelThe breakfast has been very basic - only some bread and stars and cornflakes. Not worth 10 chf per person. The apartment is not detached from the house. Checking in late it was very difficult not to wake the family when bringing our staff from the car.
David, the host, has been very communicative and helpful in advance of the visit. The house is located close to Rhine falls and Zurich airport. The apartment has a separate room for small child with suitable toys.

NetherlandsNo complaints at all but if I really have to come up with something, I would say that the automatic light in the shower is perhaps not that convenient. I am quite sure I move enough when washing my hair to keep it on, but next time I’ll try some breakdancing. 😊
So clean, wow! And such warm and friendly people, I had a fantastic time! Great sleeps due to the quietness of the countryside, delicious fresh and crispy bread each breakfast 😍
