The facilities were amazing and the staff were very welcoming! The views from the hotel were excellent. The food and drinks from the restaurant were unique, and they even made something not on the menu. The breakfast had alot of options to choose from.

Did not love the food at the international restaurant and don’t think it was good value for money. Club on weekend was quite loud so if you need things quiet would avoid then.

Location was lovely. Great views of Zurich and nature. Spa was very nice. Hotel is very clean, staff professional and wi-fi was strong. Breakfast was good but could use a bit more variety. Overall would recommend

I think it’s just perfect. You ask for it and u get it is the mantra. But ASK. Don’t assume. They are accommodative to all your needs provided u ask and act. Food tastes good but is slightly pricier. Though Price wise I guess little on higher side - but I guess Europe , high end luxury , superb services , 7 star stay , and all what u want under one roof - comes at a price. So it’s ok.

Awesome location , amazing views , stunning interiors. Rare for a property in this region to have such lavish and luxurious presence. Food quality is awesome. Restaurants are world class in particular the global street food restaurant has all from every nook and corner indian Mexican continental and what not. The penthouse is a superbly happening place ( pub and bar ) with shows every Friday and the staff there is super welcoming particularly for in house staying guests. Staff is superbly accomodtaing. They are just amazing. Shows the cordial work culture of hotel to make the stay of patrons comfortable all the times. Kashif , abin and anna at reception - were so helpful in accommodating our requests for every little thing. Thanks guys. There calm demeanour to handle our nagging needs spoilt us for more. We would look forward to visiting this again. Anyone who wants a luxurious stay with value for money and amazing services don’t forget Zurich five. Strongly recommend to any family staying in Zurich to stay only in FIVE. Ask for balcony rooms with hill and city views.

I didn’t like that my son wich is 14 was charged like an adult but was restricted access to the pool.

I liked that there are several choices in respect of restaurants.

One of the most spacious resorts I have been in. The underground tunnels were fun, the game room was exciting and the rooftop bar was exotic 🙌🏿

The breakfast is a bit expensive, around 60 CHF per person! I would recommend having selective packages or reduce the amount to be much reasonable.

The property is very calm and cozy. Good spot for honeymooners and amazing getaway from the city. Shout out to Max and Mustafa as they were very helpful and supportive.

The only thing we didn’t like is that there are two buildings. We stayed in the East building which was quite a hike (indoors). No big deal really, just surprising. The staff offered to drive us to that part of the property. I told them I wanted to see where we were.

Stylish with extremely kind and helpful staff. Valet parking. Room quite small but the quality made up for it. Ours was a last minute booking so we didn’t know what we would really get. Liked it enough we extended another night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not being in the Main building walking to and from for dining in the evening was a little inconvenient.

The location we could use public transportation for exploring the city. As well as surrounding areas.

We stayed one night at the hotel while on a trip in Zurich with our 6 months son, the staff made everything so that we feel comfortable and we could even go at the spa with our baby during specific hours. Amazing spa with a fair size indoor pool good for swimmers and since the check-out was at 12 we took advantage of the spa in the morning also. They arranged for us room-service dinner from one of the restaurants in the hotel which was delicious. Multiple restaurants in the hotel with a wide choice of foods. The room is really comfortable and we had an amazing stay at this hotel we will definitely come back.

I stayed in the Luxe suite with a balcony for 5 or 6 nights in total (stayed 2 nights then left to other parts of Switzerland, then came back for 3 or 4 more nights). The hotel was lively but not in an obnoxious way, the room was beautiful with a great view…and THE SPA WAS AMAZING!! Alex from the concierge was SUPER helpful and he even helped me organize a tour of Zurich with the coolest driver ever-Jamal!! I also went to the nightclub in the penthouse which was a vibe!! I’ve stayed in 3 other FIVE Hotels in Dubai and Ibiza and Zurich definitely stays very true to the brand’s cool vibe!!

Being from India, I was looking for few collections of tea bags in the room. But this did not make us uncomfortable or any complaints.

Property was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was too friendly. The room has every comfortable, what one could expect. Reception area was vibrant with multicolor furniture. Breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to travel again to Swiss and stay in Five Zurich. Thank you Five Zurich team for making our stay memorable.

The swimming pool is opened 10am- mid day only for children . They should also have another time slow available of 4pm-6pm as it be great for kids to use . I understand to ensure adults have their space . The

The property interior is well done with modern designs . The car park was good . The bedrooms very spacious with a seating area and all amenities . The in room dinning caters for all needs . The lamb biryani was good but very expensive and small portions . 50 CHF for one person needs to be reviewed .
