Trains can be heard inside as the hous is pretty much on the train tracks, but I knew this beforehand, so it’s not a complaint.

I have been at Visionapartments innLucerne for few times and every time it has been clean and comfortable. Location is good with walking distance to everywhere in city.

Never seen such a small double 1.20m for 2 pers. And you cant sit on toilet, no space.

- The hotel and a restaurant close to it share a but they are not from the same company. As a first timer, one could easily enter the restaurant seeking details related to the hotel. The people at the restaurant do not like this and I can imagine why. Closing the door opposite to the ground floor lift would minimize this and do solve conflicts with the restaurant if any. - Due to contactless process, there was absolutely no support staff available at the reception especially after the work hours. - With the expensive street parking of Swiss, it felt great to have an inhouse parking. However this was not included in the hotel booking and to be booked separately. It took a while to receive the parking access. Even then, I received two codes, one to enter the garage from the street and a different one to enter from the hotel. Funnily enough, the access code from street was working but not the one from the hotel to the garage. We didn't have time to sort this out. It would be great to have the same code from outside and inside.

Very new and modern apartment with clean rooms. Then contactless check-in was very efficient. Rooms were fitted with small but sophisticated kitchen which was quiet useful. There was paid parking for the hotel.

Toilet is not furnished for bathing, water keeps on flowing to the bath floor up to the kitchen floor, so be very careful using the shower.

The premises is like 7 mins away from the train station, very convenient for daily day trips. Room was clean and they were able to help me out with my requests. Travelers needs to know that this is a usual apartment and not a hotel. Room is small, you need to be creative to know how to fix your stuffs. they have cabinets you can put your clothes in or to keep your other things while staying. Any issues, you can message them and they will immediately try to fix it.

It is next to raily Station and trains running sound disturb if your room is facing towards front or right of the property. All rooms are not in equal size, some of the corner rooms are very compact and small but rates are charged equally. Limited utensils that are not even enough to cook food for 2 people.

Easy and no contact checkin One side of rooms have good view. 10min walkable to Main railway station.

The rooms we received (mini studio) were NOT what was in the pics for the advertisement on the website. They were definitely smaller. I would strongly suggest you check this ad for accuracy. Our rooms were uncomfortably small and I would not have reserved them if I'd known they were not as pictured.

Right next to train line - very noisy. Although called a studio apartment it didn’t feel like one as it was so small, it was essentially just a bad room with a kitchen surface.

A nightclub nearby, loud music all night, but it only has parties on Saturday, the other days it was nice and quiet. When you take a shower the water comes out of the shower enclosure, it is manageable but a bit annoying since you have to dry it up after every shower.
