The kitchen was very small, and the fridge too (we could hardly find some space to keep our food). Also, there are only two showers which makes things complicated in the morning (we had to queue to have a shower).

The place is cozy, clean and tidy, and the location is great (transport, shops, groceries...)

Its quite hard to find the entrance. There's a very small signage onto a street wall. Had to ask some people to help me locate. I took a tram from Zurich Main Station which I suggest when you have luggage. Although you may as well for 10 mins.

The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. She explain every facilities that was offered and can be used. Very clean. Kitchen area can be used where free coffee and tea were some added bonus :)

The stair to the upper floor was very narrow and steep, even more than i expected and the entrance was difficult to find. The number of bathroom was not enough.

I arrived one hour earlier but the staff welcomed me without hassle. The room and facilities were a little old but clean and tidy.

Woman at the reception was unfriendly. The whole "hostel" is actually a residence with multiple rooms. There were no keys, the only security is the main door controlled by a pin number, so anyone who has stayed in the hostel before will be able to re-enter.

Lots of stairs. Only two bathrooms for a lot of people so the queues to shower were a bit inconvenient. Have to make your own bed when you arrive, and there’s no AC in the room, so it was very hard to sleep in the hot night with only a weak fan.

Conveniently located in the middle of the city. Lovely terrace and very clean amenities. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

The receptionist was very nice, doesn’t know english very well but she is very nice and try very hard to bridge the gap. The place is very clean and Well maintained. The location is amazing!

A very small hostel spread through 5 floors. You need yo kind of crawl through the stairs, everything is very small and low. If you just need to spend the night it's fine, but don't expect to hang out there and meet people, there is no area for that.

At first cultural and language diferentes with the host make it hard to communicate. But she is attentive. If you don't have a good physical condition the stairs might be hard to climb. There is only 2 bathrooms for the whole hostel

There is not a common area that is big enough so you will mostly just hang out in your dorm. Also, be ready to walk up three flights of stairs, at the bare minimum, with all of your belongings.

It's a small and quiet hostel, so it's a good place to rest, and it's very well-located.

Stairs! The shower is on the 2 nd floor and the kitchen on the 5th floor and the stairs were very steep & circular and bit scary to go up and down.

Location was great. The place was clean and they clean the restrooms every day. Wifi is good and very convenient to get to anywhere!

My room was in the „ground floor“ which was actually the first floor of the building. The shower was in the third floor. But that didn’t disturb much, so everything‘s fine.
