The staff sometimes seemed lost and no one was super keen on speaking EN. The restaurants have ok food, there are better restaurants in other hotels nearby. Also, we tried all the pillows from the menu, but non was very good.

The SPA (!) - beautiful, beautiful and all I will remember from this trip. The bedrooms are also very comfy. The pizza restaurant was surprinsingly good. The breakfast was good and complete, with a nice view.

The only thing we didn’t like very much was the food, apart from pizzas and kids buffet, those were good. The pizza dough overall was very good. Although the opportunity to eat at 3 different restaurants in the resort and also the caring staff, which accommodated us very well once we asked for a faster service, adults food was not so good, we mostly had meat dishes. Pizzas and kids buffet were good. The best adult food we had was the short rib. Thumbs up to that! I would suggest offering generous buffets for adults too, it might help.

The staff has been amazingly pampering us all the time. We can count on the on everything. The location itself is stunning. Ski in-ski out. We had all we could wish: a stunning view on the mountains, family spa, adults only spa, bowling, cinema, I could even pick my pillow for my neck issues and had the last pizza kept warm in the kitchen before our departure!

there is a distance between the two buildings -mountain lodge and family lodge are few minutes away one from each other- which is not mentioned and not known when booking. Price is quite high for a family (more than the price of two double rooms), which is not the most reasonable. Breakfast diversity and quality could be improved. Also staff’s communication with clients can be improved.

Driving up the mountain is very risky for ordinary driver. The gondola closes at 5:20pm so if you want to leave your car in the station and use the gondola to go all the way up to the resort you have to come earlier than that time. All the restaurants in the resort closes at 9.30 pm so keep that in mind. After 9 pm there are nothing to do for families because everything closes at 9.

The staff are very professional and cooperative. The area is secluded and beautiful. I would rate this hotel\resort as 5 stars.

What’s not to like, it’s all fabulous!

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

The rooms were really warm and the beds were very firm. Could open a small window to let cooler air in but rooms stayed on the warmer side.
