Everything is good!

The accommodation experience was perfect. We came with 4 people. The front desk gave us a whole room and was very welcoming. The room had a balcony for rest and smoking, and had the entire bathroom. Considering the price, it was impeccable. There was a large dining area downstairs, with hot water and microwave ovens available for self-use. The environment was very good.

The wifi is horrible from my room which was at the end facing the street. It keeps on dropping every 15-30 seconds, you can’t even do a decent search in google. The location is not so bad but it’s not that convenient. You either need to take a bus or walk 15-20 minutes to Ost station or to shopping center.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t smooth. On and off

Room are bit small however I choose as a sharing room so that fine. The view was beautiful ,birds were chirping and waking up such an amazing nature. Definitely will come back . Thanks to all the associates.

The sound from carpet. Every time you walk on the floor, it makes sounds due to its wooden structure.

The location was superb. It’s just nearby to the bus stop. You won’t have to walk after your tiring day. Even the view from my room was superb. Room was spacious. Bathrooms were clean.

The bathroom sink tap was very oddly placed. Since it was a tiny space and sink, it almost used to flood the floor when we washed our hands or face. Also, the shower had a transparent window to the room. I guess it's nice if you want to shower with a view but it could get awkward depending on who you're travelling with.

The view from our room was insane! We almost didn't want to leave because we could look at the mountains right from our balcony. The room was also okay-sized, not very huge but it worked for us. The beds were comfortable and we had a kettle in the room, which was appreciated. There was a bar and dining room downstairs with a microwave and coffee machine. Overall, a decent stay given the exorbitant prices in Interlaken.

I booked 2 beds in 6ppl dorms, however because I checkin early so I and my friend can choose a separate room within that dorm room, which is great. Thanks to this we still can catch up with work at 4-5am without annoying others. The facilities are not the modern ones but are ok and convenient. Location is gooood because it is very near the bus station.

A magnificent huge villa long time ago now let down to an old, shabby, unloved hostel...... It has all the potential in the world to be a stunning luxury hotel with a fantastic huge garden and a pool, however now it is just a sad, abandoned place. Heartbreaking. Fantastic view to the mountains and garden from a huge balcony, birds tweeting all around! The Coop just round the corner and a bus stop just downstairs. Visitors cards were issued by the property for free bus travel in Interlaken and a discount for Harder Kulm. The receptionist was very kind, let us to leave bags before check in and after that made a check in earlier. Note - no towels, they are for an extra charge. That was not as issue for us, but the information should be clearer

Bed, it makes noise and shakes by when another person moves. There's no lamp in each bed, only one light on the ceiling

Nothing against the hostel itself. Interlaken is full of tourist from other countries and we do not have the same hygienic standards.

Since it is a hostel, not much to complain about. Price was ok and the common areas were clean and tidy. Toilets in the lobby were ok and clean.

Should have been more cleaner please see attached photos. The view from the room was magical. Otherwise simply not worth it. No tea pots/kettles . Power outlets are bit far from the beds. During midnight- their heating went off. 😓. Water pressure is not that great. For the hot water you may need to wait few mins.

Showerhead sprayed all over the bathroom so had to be careful using it. Private room not the most budget friendly but totally worth it. Pillows sucked and bed was firm but still slept okay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. my private room was very spacious with a beautiful view! Hotel had 2 cute cats roaming the lobby, super cute :) good beer and fun games (billiards and foosball). I had a very nice stay!

Rooms are quite close and there’s lack of privacy as you could literally listen to the talks in other room. Bed was quite old and was just making noise while sitting on it.
