The breakfast could have benefited from a choice of how eggs are served - not just a boiled egg. The TV was really hard to use though we eventually managed with help to get a British news channel in English (BBC World News)

Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The reception was excellent in getting us a travel pass during our stay. The Spa in the town was brilliant and access to Ascona with its lovely bars and restaurants was great

Read about a strange policy although we didn't beg to use it "No takeouts allowed in the room". Strange especially during covid times. long time to check in and check out - process can be made much more efficient

Unfortunately all parking spots at the property were taken but thankfully there is big central parking just on the other side of the street.

I was traveling with my dad and we spent 1 night at the property, which was great. We had a small room that got 2 separate beds and we had a wonderful lake view from the balcony. The hosts were very nice and kind. I received a card a bottle of wine for my birthday which was a very sweet gesture. The location is very convenient to get to the old town.

Perfect location! Directly at the sea and at the pier to board the ferry to the Brissago Islands. Awesome staff!

The room was too small for a couple. It might still be ok-ok for a single person but for a couple the room was very small. It was good that we only stayed there for a night. May be next time we choose a bigger facility with bigger rooms :-)

Maybe slight updating of hotel. Overall though was a nice boutique style hotel.

Staff was incredibly nice. Rooms were large and air conditioned. They were very clean. We even had a nice balcony with a view of the lake. Location of the hotel could not be better. Breakfast was also nice.

We have had an extremely nice stay at Hotel Millennium. My Wife had her birthday during our stay and the hotel owners and staff really spoiled us with their attention. We were there for the Locarno Film Festival and the hotel is very well situated, the lake in front and the Locarno city center within a few minutes walk. The hotel is a very cute, cozy and beautiful little place. Exceptional to find such a hotel in such a perfect location. We will return for sure!
