Nothing - all was great!

This bed and breakfast was spectacular! The location is perfectly located in town center, up a little hill from the Main Street. We were a family of 5, so two rooms - one for grandpa and a suite for us. Our kids (ages 10 and 11) slept easily together on the foldout sofa. The hosts were so friendly and warm, doing everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They have very good recommendations for activities, the place was bigger than the photos show, and sparkling clean! Also, they provided gluten free breakfast foods for my Celiac daughter. We hope to come back soon!

There is literally nothing bad about this property!

Awesome place with amazing view. Thor and Michèle were extremely welcoming and gave us great advice on what to do and where to go. It felt like we were staying at home. Michelle made my partner tea which healed her from a cold! The dog Kimmi and cat Mousey (😁) were extremely cute. We had a wholesome exprience. Our son didn't want to leave the place!!

The hosts are caring and thoughtful. They kindly introduced and recommended routes to 5 lakes and Gornergrat. Always friendly whenever we needed helps. The breakfast is delicious (love the croissant and latte they offered). The public hall is well decorated, where you can see a lot of cute and delicate handicrafts. The interior room is neat and comfortable. Hotel Romantica does give out a very warm, welcoming and pleasant vibe.

The hosts, Thor and Michelle, are delightful! The location in Zermatt is excellent, and puts you right next to hiking trails, trains, lifts, restaurants and cafes. Our room was spacious and comfy with a balcony that had great views. The breakfast was delicious and filling.

Nothing other than a slightly steep path of 30 meters to get to the hotel after a day of hiking, my legs were protesting. Nothing at all, My favourite stay out of many other hotels this trip.

Everything, Michele and her partner were terrific. Breakfast was superb, tips on hiking and mountain viewing were great. View of the Matterhorn from my comfortable room.

Thor and Michelle are lovely hosts. Very helpful in making reservations and recommendations on activities. Loved the place and our room. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. The hotel is a short 7 minute walk from the train station and off the main area of shops and hotels, so very quite.

We should have organized and booked evening meals in town ahead of time. It was a scramble to try and find places to go. But we found some reasonable options in the end.

Breakfast choices were good. Location was very central for anything in town and easy to get to the ski lifts. The room was clean, charming, with a comfy bed.

Honestly there is nothing I could think of.

Hosts were beyond lovely, gave us lots of information on our arrival and collected us from the station. Breakfast was perfect for a day of skiing.

Great location very close to the center of Zermatt. Cosy hotel with spotlessly clean rroms and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of options !! Woderful hosts offering great service and,giving lots of valuable advice and warm hospitality. Simply outstanding !! After a day on the slopes, the hotel felt like coming home. Our daughter who is vegan was so happy and greatful for the hosts kind efforts to find vegan breakfast-options for her. We give Hotel Romantica our highest recomendations and would love to come there again. Dont think twice, Just Book it !! You wont regret it !! A traditional, cozy place to stay in Zermatt. The room, in particular the bathroom, was cleaned pretty well every day. The host couple gave me lots of trip advice to explore the town and the mountains. Nice stay! Good breakfast! Cat and dog are cute as well. I hope both can live as long as possible with the family.

The hotel is well located, very near the main street. The owners are super sweet, they helped us with everything we needed, they even heated our ski boots when we forgot them outside. The room is small, but very cozy, silent and clean. I recommend to stay in Romantica, and hope to come back in the future. Thank you!

The comforter on the bed slept a little hot for us but this is really a personal preference. We are not used to just a comfortable with no top sheet but the bed was very cozy and comfortable.

This is such a cute, cozy, clean Bed and Breakfast. Thor and the entire hotel team are amazing and super helpful, welcoming and friendly. It's like a home away from home. AMAZING location in town and easy to access lifts to the slopes as well as the best restaurants, clubs and shopping. you are in the center of everything. The Cat "Mousey" is the icing on the cake.

The location was absolutely perfect! The staff, especially Tor and Michelle, were the sweetest and made sure to make our stay an absolute dream! We are already planning our next stay because this is the best place we’ve been to since living in Europe!
