The staff all are exceptionally kind, sweet and helpful. I feel very welcome there. The room is having superb view and very clean. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful mountains , lake, garden. I am very grateful and happy. Thank you for everything. I will be back for sure.

The room was extremely hot and we tried to put it in the coolest temperature, but I think it was broken. Also, the bed is a queen size; for the price we paid, a king size would have been better, but it was not a deal-breaker because it was in the description. We also added a spare bed for my brother for 70+ CHF, but the bed was unfortunately tight and not solid enough. The mattress was very thin too, which is not good if you have back problems, which we mentioned and asked about before adding the spare bed. During the night, he was scared to fall down because the bed was not solid enough.

We loved our stay, the view was breath-taking, breakfast was excellent, and the room cleanliness was exceptional. The people were nice as well, and the size of the room is big too! We also loved our golf experience! It was a lovely stay, thank you!

How can you not like everything about this place. It’s simply amazing!

This is an amazing hotel with stunning views! The hotel staff is 5-star and so is everything else! Lucerne is a beautiful city and we would definitely stay here every single time we visit! We were treated like dignitaries by everyone and always with a smile, a thank you and we’re glad you’re here! They mean what they say and prove it every day! Thank you for a marvelous visit! We’ll miss it for sure !

The fact that the waiters in the restaurant aren't too polite and welcoming of the few hotel guests as they are to serving the local golfing folks. This hotel is best reached if you have your own vehicle as the local bus stop to the city is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed that daily walk slightly uphill at a leisurely pace.

Away from the crowds. Nice place to relax. It's even better if you are a golfer. Fantastic views of the course, the lake, and Mount Pilatus. They reception staff were also helpful with advice re trips around lucerne. Small and Boutique Hotel with a reasonably good restaurant. .

Clean, friendly staff and very accommodating as 1 guest was vegan they were able to modify the menu and bring in alternatives for breakfast. Great views and facilities and perfect place to get away

The rooms where super comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming. The view was spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would love to come again for a longer stay and play some golf.

The room has no AC , and the weather was hottt And i had difficult time to sleep because if we open the window the mosquitoes will disturb your sleep But the hotel provides us with a fan , The breakfast sooooo limited It’s not very close to the center It’s around 15 minutes drive with the traffic

a notable downside is the lack of AC as our stay coincided with an unexpected surge in high temperatures, which might require guests to rely on opening balcony windows for ventilation. Additionally, the proximity of the restaurant directly below the rooms could lead to noise issues from the voices inside the restaurant.

the hotel seems to offer a pleasant stay with its clean and cosy atmosphere, spacious rooms, and stunning views. The standout positive is the extremely friendly and helpful staff as they peovide a full basket of toys to my child in the room, along with the restaurant's good food
