Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsIt was very expensive compare to what you get. Very small room and single bed. It was comfortable though. Bed sheet was dirty unfortunately, I noticed when I was going to bed. I left the hotel early and no receptionist was there so could not mention it.
Staff very friendly and location very nice. Bottle of water and shower were also very nice. And smart tv was excellent with Netflix.

SloveniaBathroom was claustrophobical, a plastic square place where you could not turn the ventilation off for another 5-10 minutes after turning the light off. Very disturbing fact when you go to the toilet at night. For breakfast there was very little choice, and 1 of each item ( 1 bun, 1 yoghurt, ...). Lady was nice but she didn’t speak english. Location is a bit far from Luzern and no one can help with any taxi or transportation because they didnt speak english
This is a gasthaus in an older building but rooms are renewed, spacious and clean. The bathroom is an inserted container in the room where you have a stair to get in and you feel like being in a plastic gas chamber. A special experience. Bed and linings great. The people were trying to be polite and I liked them even though they had problems with english. Decent price compared to the other places. Free parking.

SwitzerlandRestaurant closed at 20:30 but it was written it did at 21:30. Very poor breakfast and water at breakfast. My bed (sofa-bed) had a hard line in the middle, I had to sleep on one little side.
Fast Check in and check out. VERY GOOD. Very good positioning. Very clean. Nice parking. Nice environment and nice restaurant. Double bed was very confy. Nice Air Conditioning.

SwitzerlandBreakfast could also have eggs, more cheese, yoghurt without sugar, etc. It had marmelade, honey, bread, butter, cereals, juice, coffee, croissant and other things, so not bad.
The hotel is located in an industrial area. It is a great choice if you need to overnight there because of business reasons.
