Pillows were very flat.

Hotel was very accommodating. I'm gluten free and they provided GF cereal and bread for me (win!). The breakfast spread had a lot of options and everything was tasty.

The shower head was about 1.5m above the bath floor meaning it only reached my shoulder. I am 1.7m tall. This meant having to hunch down in order to have shower water on my face or head. Not overly impressed.

Nice family hotel; next to the Gemsstock cable car. The room are clean, beds are comfortable, the people here are very friendly. It was our second stay in this hotel, a very good place to enjoy ski in Andermatt. This time we also could enjoy dinner at the restaurant there; very tasty.

For what we paid, I expected a bigger shower - the shower is very small (about 0.7m2) and has a shower curtain which you need to make sure is tucked inside the shower area or it will flood the bathroom floor.. We would have preferred a larger TV in the room.

Gasthaus Ski Club is in a central area of Andermatt. Breakfast is a continental breakfast (not American Buffet) with enough fresh breads, croissants, eggs, juices, cereals to set you up for a good day. The hotel itself is a cosy traditional Swiss style chalet. Gasthaus Skiklub has a bar and restaurant.

Only problem we had was that the rooms were incredibly hot. So we slept with the windows open (which felt a bit mad in December). But this didn’t detract at all from our stay

Incredibly friendly; really lovely breakfast and a great restaurant for dinner. Room was very clean, comfortable beds. Perfect for a weekend ski trip with my son We had trouble on our journey out, so arrived very late, without our luggage. They were really helpful throughout. Thank you!

Basic small room with shared toilet and bathroom with another room. Expensive, but this is Switzerland.

The hotel was great and welcome was generous. Rooms were not en-suit which we had known about so that ws fine, but they were clean and tidy and the beds comfy. Breakfast was fine and the Hotel offered to help us to park our motorcycles indoors which was kind of them.

A bit pricey, but not surprising given the location!

Excellent location in a quiet part of town and away from the 'larger' hotels. Good views from the bedrooms. Staff were helpful & accommodated our bicycles in a secure store at the side of the hotel. The restaurant/bar was good with a variety of locals and guests.

Weird little flat pillows & nobody around to ask for better ones. No fridge in the room. Shower curtain is difficult as it clings to your body. Awnings very difficult to close. Needs refurbishing! Overpriced even by switzerland prices.

We were prewarned that hotel restaurant was closed but we’re not told that many others in the immediate area were also closed.

Location was fairly far from one of the main ski lifts

I liked the breakfast. Was very well organized and very fresh. The hours were convenient too. Also enjoyed being able to use the ski room with heated boot dryers
