The staff when we first arrived i found abrupt and unhelpful. Not sure if it was a language barrier. Then another gentleman stepped in to help and he was AMAZING! I think he could see we weren't impressed by the lack of friendliness and service we had been receiving,

Location to the airport and city transport is perfect. Value for money and an excellent breakfast. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You can't ask anymore from a holiday Inn.

The collection from the airport could have been a bit quicker. we waited over half an hour for a bus service that is supposed to be every 20 minutes.

Breakfast was adequate for what we needed. Toast, cereals, pastries and coffee! The main double bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was a little hard.

Great location to get to and from the airport (10 minute walk or hop on the free shuttle bus) and equally easy journey into town (10 mins on the tram). Breakfast was great - plenty of selection. Helpful staff. We made good use of the complimentary Geneva travel pass hopping on and off buses, trams and ferries to view the beautiful city.

My windows don’t open so the room can get stuffy. They also only provide a 3-in-one body wash/shampoo/conditioner so it’s better to bring your own if you are peculiar about your toiletries. My room also didn’t have a mini fridge so I couldn’t store food for long in my room besides food that won’t go bad at room temperature or food I’m planning to eat right away.

They provide a shuttle bus to the airport which is super convenient, and the breakfast buffet that’s included helps reduce one less meal to consider while you’re travelling whether for leisure or for work. You can even take coffee to go from their 24hr-self service coffee machine. You’re also just 5min away from the tram and right by a bus stop.

The smell in hallways to room of what seemed sewerage smell, constant having to get key re done to enter the room, tv was unplugged behind tv for some reason!! The beds are normally worth a great night sleep, however no sleep to be had in what seemed a concrete feeling mattress, after a 14 hour journey I felt more tired leaving than arriving, the noise from next room went in for hours till early hours morning, I would have asked for a check out and refund, if I had the energy to do so, Sadly not impressed with the stay but won’t stop me using other holiday inn elsewhere in future, Shame as we looked forward to a comfortable stay and relax before our onward travels

Room size could have been better , felt a bit cramped for the money charged. Rest all things were ok , just stayed for one night.

The hotel was just around the corner with Free Shuttle service at frequent intervals, is close to Local transport to the city center, which was the plus for me. Good spread of the breakfast. enjoyed it. Did not use the BAR , thou they have one. Over all no issue faced during the say. Staff was friendly to guide and recommend spots to visit while being there.

Ordered a twin room with accessible bathroom but could only have a double bed with accessible bathroom. My daughter / carer obviously didn’t want to share a bed so we swapped to a twin room without bathroom. Found out next morning was a disabled toilet on bottom floor. It would have been nice to be told this when we discovered the mix up. Why are accessible rooms on 7th floor when there are signs not to use lift in case of fire? How are you going to get people out using those rooms who can’t manage stairs?

Close to the airport, regular shuttle bus. Good breakfast included in price. Comfy bed and chair in room.

Shuttle service to and from airport was convenient and quick, friendly staff and great breakfast that was included! The sofa bed next to the double bed was comfortable and the room was completely ok for 2 adults and 2 children (13&10) for an overnight stay.

Shuttle bus capacity is limited. And there is no queue system at the airport for the shuttle. We waited long time as people came after us got into the shuttle first.

Decent breakfast, nothing exceptional. With ski bag + luggage it was a bit too long to walk to, but they do have a airport shuttle going back and forth so ask for that! Helpful staff and good facilities overall. Unfortunately there wasn't any place to eat at the evening, so uber eats is your friend.

No breakfast bags early in mornings, just coffee and bread available.

Close to airport, clean, airport shuttle bus, even early morning have a lot buses passing to airport. Perfect stay for and after flights.
