They only thing I can say is that we walked to the Hotel from the airport and the direct path to it, was through an unpaved walkway, and there was mud and some snow, the street way would have been a better choice.

This was not an expected stay, we lost our connecting flight, and had to stay in Genève for one night, this was our cheapest option, and we din;t expect much. The rooms were big, clean and the Hotel has everything there, even cheaper Beer than on any restaurant we went. Friendly staff, they explained everything regarding the public transportation. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice thing to have for the next day.

More power sockets in bedroom, and more international sockets or easy adapters. Had to put a big deposit down for an adapter, nowadays most hotels have sockets in the room that take UK and all worldwide adapters. Airport transfer restricted hours so we had to get a taxi to the hotel.

Close to airport and to public transport into the city. The public transport tickets that are free for visitors were a great thing to have as part of our stay.

We were eager to get to the room from the train station. Because we didn't have our cell service on and relying only on WiFi, the walk to the hotel was unclear.

There is no shuttle between 11am to 5pm. A few minutes walk to the bus stop and take no. 10 to the airport.

Airport shuttle not operating when I arrived. Had to take public bus and walk - so rather wet! No restaurant - just a snack bar with very limited selection.

No kettle in the room, although the bar provides hot water. The hairdryer is so weak it didn’t work on long hair. Probably only useful for people with very short hair! This is frustrating on a business trip when I need to be professionally presented. Hotel please solve this probably by purchasing a small number of effective hairdryers and keeping them in reception, to loan out (for a deposit if you need - like the umbrellas).

The price - everything just appears to be so much more expensive

IBIS was extremely clean and the room was very comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent - and all included in the accommodation cost. Considering we were so close to the airport, you couldn’t really hear the planes that much. There was enough choice at breakfast and there was plenty to eat. Variety was ok - just standard - couple of cereals, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt etc.
