Perfect apartment. The only downside of the appartment we had is that the sleeping rooms are at the side of the road where there is also a tram. And that one is pretty noisy.

Sofa/sofabed was uncomfortable and in poor repair. Roadworks on the road outside were noisy at night which seemed to be when the work was tking place.

the apartments were of a good size and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was a good sized terrace complete with furniture.

There is a train track next to the appartment. Although it didn’t bother me with closed windows, it did bother one of my companions a bit.

It was a very clean and well equipped apartment. It has a kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner, and the sound isolation is great, I did not hear the other residents speaking, had a great sleep.

There was not enough washing soap in the bathroom for both shower and sink. Liquid soap level was very low when we arrived and it run out after 1st day in the property. Additionally we were only provided one toilet role ( less than full) for a family of 5. This was quite disappointing. Kitchen oven had a visible stain on the glass when we arrived in the property .

We arrived with european adaptors for plug sockets unfortunately Switzerland has there own non compatible sockets. Bed cushion a little poor not proper pillows and only one per person.

Not enough kitchen supplies, dish towels pot holders etc. The toilet seat was broken in both bathrooms, the coffee machine tray was broken and the dishwasher smelled bad. Reported all this to owner who said that none of it was brokered before our stay. I told them again it was and I would not be paying for repairs or replacement. They responded with “whatever”.

There wasn't air conditioning, something that was necessary during our stay because of the heat in those days. Besides, there was not enough parking spots, but this was not directly connected to the property owners but to some works carried out by transport authorities of the city. All the same, we were not charged for using the parking place, I guess because of this reason.

The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was very big. The bedrooms were large and quiet. The bathrooms were ok. The communication with the owners was ok and clear, though it was done only by mail. All in all, it was good value for money.

Noisy with tram so close, cars on street, and people talking loudly. Bathroom fan is very loud and stays on for a while even when light switch is shut off. A few items like S&P, kitchen sponge and starter package of detergent for washer would be appreciated. Unfortunately, sidewalks in area are torn up.

2 large bedrooms with washing machine and dryer! Nice outdoor deck. Roomy, comfortable beds, easy access into apt. Right on tram line for Basel tourist sites. Grocery store close but note prices are more expensive in Switzerland and alcohol is not sold in grocery stores.

Nothing! Everything worked!

Very convenient ! And very closed to the tram. If you have a car, you have dedicated Parking Space. We used Basel card to use public transport for free. Our host provides the info via a link. You need to request it. Even if you are next to the Tram. It is really quiet. There is a supermarket not far from it. It is located on the other side of the tram. We will use it again if we were going back to Basel.

Staff were non-contactable. Did not answer phone, did not reply to emails. When travelling especially outside one's own country, it is important to get questions answered. Mobility travel cards were not provided until we had asked 2or 3 times. These shouls have been sent with no prompting.

The code to check in did not come until late(20 minutes past check in time)and the emergency phone number listed on the self check in box did not work( not a connected number) The WiFi did not work, the television did not work and no one replied to our email requests for help with the internet. There was a cleaning brush under the couch, long drips on the oven and the corners of the shower had a few black mold spots and a broken metal piece at the base of the shower doors. There was construction happening right outside so there was a good amount of noise.

There was one light that did not work but tbf we did not report it. I guess they would have probably come to change it if we did report it. They could have added some essentials for cooking such as salt and oil.
