The only slight downside was the restaurant menus. For me I like a more down to earth style menu and it's seemed a little too high class kind of food. That's just my opinion.

WOW what wasn't there to like. Whoever designed this place knows there stuff. Could not recommend this place highly enough. The staff were courteous and very friendly. The hotel was fantastic the amenities were superb and location was great. You have to check out the spa.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The indoor pool closes relatively early--would have been nice as an option after dinner.

our visit to The Grace was exceptional - modern, clean, great service, excellent location, breakfast room and the staff there (special thanks for Efrosini) were over and above. Could not fault and probably the best hotel we have stayed at (and we have used many over the years). Highly recommended and we are already planning our next visit.

Meal in the Restaurant was exquisite- service amazing- especially Oliver & Danella. The Bed was sooo comfortable. The Breakfast was amazing. My swim was Beautiful and much needed. Will definitely return for longer stay R& R- rest and relaxation xx

We were surprised that if you want a table with a view at breakfast you must make a reservation. Even if the table is empty We had to walk back to the reservations department and reserve a table. But the breakfast was of good quality. Even though the staff at the restaurant weren't very nice, the receptionists made us come back to love this place again.

There is nothing to not like - we were treated like royalty!

The hotel was amazing. It has been recently refurbished and the facilities are excellent. It is in a great location and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Particularly, the lovely Danish lady who welcomed us, (so sorry not to have taken your name); Alexandra and Alexandro who helped us with planning trips and places to eat in St. Moritz and Sils. And the courtesy bus that kindly came to pick us up after our long walk to Sils. Absolutely superb.

The newly opened and renovated hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the original part, of the historic hotel. There is also a brand new building, which we did not see. They opened this past August and are planning to be open year round, unlike other 5 star hotels in the area. We loved the room, overlooking the lake. The bathroom had big beautiful windows overlooking the lake too. We loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They offered us excellent suggestions of things to do in the area. We were there in the beginning of October, which is considered the ‘off season’, however, the weather could not have been better. It was absolutely perfect. We stayed 3 nights, and could have stayed longer. The breakfast, was amazing each morning. It is held in the lovely dining room, overlooking the lake. We also enjoyed the spa at the end of the day. The hotel is also super easy to walk to from the train station. We would definitely recommend The Grace Hotel to anyone. We look look forward to another stay in the future.
