I wanted to do a surprise for parents and paid the hotel stay in advance. I came to the reception twice asking them not to show the price and to keep it a surprise. The reception promised they left a note to all their staff in the system of this request. Completely ignored it and printed the bill handing it over to my parents. When I called to confront them they didn’t do any gesture to compensate for the ruined surprise.

Terrible service, the worst one in my experience with a four-star hotel. No effort by the staff to make us feel good with our dog. In booking was specified as a pet-friendly hotel and we did not find any services for pets. Pets are forbidden everywhere in the hotel, no bowl with water in the room. We were forced to stay all our stay in the room and go outside in the village to have meals for lunch and dinner and breakfast to take separately with my wife. We were denied as well to take a drink in the hotel bar as well with our little puppy dog. The room is very hot, even if outside there was nice fresh air after the storm(No presence of AC). The decor of the hotel is not to my taste, old furniture and no comfortable bathroom area, bad smell in the room. The purple carpet in the room and in the structure are not to my taste as well as the curtains.

rooms were very very hot, No ACs. breakfast is poor as well the dinner buffet. there was construction within the hotel which we were not informed when we booked, we hear drilling as early as 8:30 they should know we came to relax and wake up when we want not by drill, elevator was not working when we checked in so it was hard for my mother to use the stairs. the stuff are not friendly and don’t speak good English. All the instructions in the hotel for the construction was in French so it was hard to understand. they advise us to go for buffet for dinner but the selection of main dish are limited, the cheese was very hard and dry, as we left the restaurant 3 waiters followed us because they thought we won’t pay, we felt bad

Hotel is modern, good location near the pools. The area is beautiful surrounded by farms amazing views

not modern, surroundings are not nice, on a side of a highway, this is not clear in the add, I was expecting a more natural open space surrounding and location to many couples showing sexual behaviors in the pools at all time

Accomodation was a let down. For the price it was really underwhelming. Villa's layout and condition does not match the price. Cleaning service was non existent during our stay although an arrangement was discussed on arrival.

The personnel a man with tattoo in the arm at the Restaurant les bain, very rude remark (quel dommage) about the well done meat i asked (agneau). I can’t eat meat that is not well cooked because I’m sick(cancer). Hope it will not happen again.

Very ordinary breakfast offer and unhelpful breakfast staff.. clearly not interested in the customer’s experience.. perhaps too busy with clearing everyone in and out of breakfast. Pool and spa area was not clean and unfortunately the numbers were not controlled to provide sufficient social distancing.

Service and meals at Le Chalet was much better as compared with the hotel restaurant itself. Staff at Le Chalet were friendly, attentive and took care of the whole family. Billiards room and the terrace area and garden are nice and relaxing. Reception staff helpful and patient..

Small room, not possible to eat breakfast outside when sunny, basic food at breakfast, no direct access to pool for hotel guests, not sun beds available for guests at the thermal bath...
