The parking arrangement may become a hassle when you stay for longer during the week. It work for our stay.

The train station is right by some of the rooms. They provide ear plugs that are nice, but they should let you know that to get a good night sleep you will need the ear plugs.

Room we got was located just in front of the railroad (and I mean it IN FRONT, like 3 meters away!!) You can hear each train passing despite closed windows. The place provides the earplugs though - so noise level can be tamed a little. The room door is not sound insulated either - so you can hear very very well everything that is happening in the common areas and in the corridor - again solvable with earplugs. A little bit outside the center, but that is not an issue - Montreux is not that big anyways.

Very good breakfast! Location next to the bus stop, and just few meters from the promenade. The kitchen, bathroom and facilities were modern and nicely maintained. Complete set of extras (sewing kit, razor, toothpaste and toothbrush etc.) on arrival - very nice touch!

The only minus is in one of the rooms(not all) you hear the trains sound.

Nice facility. Clean. Big kitchen - if you want to cook something. Has washing machines - if you want to wash. Very good and responsive host. Good breakfast. Oh..and they do have a pool table :-) for adults and Pac-Man for kids to play. Excellent location. Very good value for money.

The pictures seem to suggest that the kitchen and the bathrooms are dedicated but they are not. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

The property is very well located and the host was very friendly. The rooms were good and the amenities are also ok.

While it may have been an oversight on our part, the hotel lists a family room with a shared bathroom. We wrongly assumed that the bathroom would be for us alone, which is not the case. The bath is good with a hot tub etc, and since we were in the low season, there were not too many people around. But we usually book rooms with private bathrooms since there are 4 of us. So a bit uncomfortable with that. But again, we probably didn't read it right. Another thing is there is no elevator. We had quite a bit of luggage and so had to get it up to the 2nd floor to the rooms. So if u travel heavy, might need to think abt that.

Good place to stay with a bus stop few steps from the hotel, making it easy to sightsee. Staff was courteous. Has a pool table, and game station to keep kids engaged. Adequate breakfast was included and you have a coffee machine and fruits in the kitchen which you can access anytime. We had booked a family room for the 4 of us and its quite big.

Beside a rail line. Bring ear plugs if light sleeper. Bin hadn’t been emptied.

It is close to the train line so it would be hard for light sleepers. Also, there were no opaque curtains which would be good for light sleepers as well.

It was very spacious and had a lot of utilities. The hosts were really attentive. I really enjoyed using the library and kitchen downstairs. There was free Netflix and a comfortable closet to use with a lot of amenities.

Great location. Convenient to train station. Bus stop to train station is right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly. Equipped with a complete kitchen, unlimited drinks and snacks. Breakfast was superb.

Bathroom outside the room, even though we didn't share, was a bit inconvinient and unusual in a hotel.

The guest house is a beautiful old building. We arrived an hour early for check in, and owner wasn't there, but the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and told us all about the surrounding area. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The train tracks were not too close and didn't cause any issue for us. We were lucky to share a bathroom with only one other room which was empty at the time, so we had the bathroom for ourselves.

We weeeent aware it was a shared bathroom which was a bit of a shame - but they were clean and modern. Large room for five of us - but with a tiny window (no view).

Location - not in the center but close enough. Manager was very friendly and listened to feedback. Washing machine was a bonus. The old building is lovely with a large central stone staircase. Large communal kitchens on each floor that were also clean and tidy.

The room was so close to train line that ran all through the night and shook the room pretty much so we didn't hardly sleep.

Loved the location near lake geneva and short walk to Christmas Market. Very clean room. Host very welcoming and friendly too.
