Very nice, great price to be in Zurich, the management has answered really quickly to my questions. I suggest this guesthouse to young people who wants to save money and find a clean and well equipped place.

The floor is quite thin since we can hear for the upstairs room when they walked and played.

There are the shared facilities such as kitchen and stuffs, and laundry room, and so on. Quite close to the supermarket and tram or bus stop.

The heating was too high, and I couldn't turn off one of the heaters. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled like someone had just slept on them. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was practically non-functional on the entire first floor.

My room has never been cleaned during my 5 or 6 days stay. I would prefer if someone at least through the garbage from the trash can. sometimes it was difficult to open the entrance door.

It was an OK place to sleep over. Easy to come at the middle of the night. It was close enough to the Swiss Life arena where I was at the conference. Despite having just 1 shower at the floor, it was never a problem to get a shower.

I understand that it is a self Check-in, but there is no response from the host once you Checkin. I sent a message asking for a kettle (which I saw in the kitchen on day one, but didn't see later on), and they didn't response. As much as it is self Check-in, we're still humans and we might need answers about certai' questions. So I really recommend they make an effort in the regard.

It's clean. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a table, big closet. The room was good. The toilet was clean and I appreciate that. I was first worried about sharing bathroom, but it was fine.

Nice atmosphere. Good to have shared kitchen to cook. Convenient shared facilities. It was easy to get to by tram and we bought a 24 hour ticket.

The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, though this is not the faut of the property. Poor communication, I forgot something at the property, sent a message to try and retrieve it, I have not heard back from the property.

The page said the room had bathroom, but it didn't: there were 2 external rooms, one toilet and one bathroom, shared between 3 bedrooms. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower with a very low ceiling. I'm only 1.72m tall and had to lower my head to get a shower. The location is not bad, but not ideal either: 20 min to the central station by tram, another 10 min to downtown from there. There is a tram station quite near the hotel, though.

Wifi did not work at all on any of my devices for my whole trip which was a quality of services issue; other house guests did not lock the front door at night or when leaving which is a potential security issue.

Great location near tram/bus routes, very quiet area and respectful guests.

There were a lot of ants in my room, and very noisy from the road right outside the window. Was a little hard to find the key for the door, since the message i got said to open the keybox. But there are 3 keyboxes, so we had to try them all before we got the key out . Also, i messaged the guesthouse 2 times earlier cause i had a few questions before the stay, but never got an answer.

Upon arrival, the room smelled and it was quite stuffy so we had to sleep with the window open. It may be due to this that the towels also smelled a bit like mildew. There was a fan provided but unfortunately it did not function.

They offered a room choice at booking, I received the opposite of what I asked for - better not to ask at all. Noise from other rooms quite present and underwear of previous guests under bed.
