Only bad point was there was no iron in the room and the check in agent did not explain anything about the service point/room. That would have been helpful! Cleaning is loud and very early. Loud because the walls.. or possibly doors are thin and can hear all hallway sounds.

The curtains allowed for 100% darkness which I appreciate. The bed was SUPER comfortable... wow! All around great stay :) despite the hallway noise easily entering room. Would stay again.

Small things. The location is not good for public transport close to/after midnight (Uber is your friend). The shower cabin could have been a bit larger. Operating the heating/airconditioning was not very intuitive, luckily we had chilly nights and could open the window for fresh air. There was a Nespresso machine, but no capsules. Instead (very Swissly calculated) two sachets of instant coffee per room/per day. I don't understand that choice.

Spacious room, nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Bed was good. Bathroom comfortable. Wine glasses high quality. Towels were fantastic. Power outlets all over the place. Nice lighting. During daytime the tram stop in front of the hotel is convenient. It brings you to Stettbach ior Walisellen station and from there to Zurich center or airport.

I was here for 5 nights and the room on this stay had a portable kitchenette on wheels with no microwave. The staff were very helpful and lent me one to use but it was a bit inconvenient. (On other stays the kitchen was built in and much better equipped)

Rooms feel a little bit called like in an hospital room maybe of the colors (white and green ).

The choice for breakfast could be much better.

The hotel is well connected with a tram stop just in front with a direct line from the airport. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was relaxed and friendly.

It was a bit cold and the temperature regulators didn’t help much to increase it.

It was very clean (like new room), very nice and beautiful with the view on the forest. The location is exceptional - in 15 min by tram from the airport.

We couldn't seem to bring the room up to a comfortable temperature, so we were constantly cold. The front desk was kind enough to provide a small heater, but it wasn't really a solution. This may not be a problem if you're visiting in the spring or summer, but we were there in the winter.

The location was perfect! The property is right outside a tram stop, which takes you to the mall, and a couple of connecting train stations. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast had a good bircher muesli, and the rooms were modern and clean.

It was a two days meeting in Wallisellen a short walk from the hotel, therefore Harry's home was very convenient. The room was comfortable and well furnished, the bed was perfect.

Parking was extra - we should have paid for the outside parking - the hotel clerk made us feel inferior as stating that we wouldn’t understand the parking outside to do it - so we paid $25 francs a day for parking in the garage. Also breakfast was $23 francs - telling us we wouldn’t get a better breakfast around for less than that - again making us feel inferior as as Traveller.

The local staff is so good but the morning staff Indian guy is so rude and disrespectful he even didn’t help to charge phone in property adapters available but just only I am from Pakistan he denied to give and when morning staff come he give at once

They didn’t let me to take some bread and sandwich from the breakfast to my room, although room has its kitchen! Very strange and greedy!

Tram station close, you can get to city centre in 15 minutes! No need to pay for the location!

We booked 2 rooms, the AC in one of rooms was not working and there was zero air circulation, since we visited in August as well as a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, while the other room was totally fine and it was a bit cool. We asked the reception to fix the ac, they turned it on but still there was no air circulation. After trying to change the room, one of the hotel staff shocked us with her reaction by saying this is a fan not an AC however we made sure to book a hotel with AC in this hot weather and she said she can’t do anything about it. After insisting more than two times to change the room they finally changed it to a better room with no problem. We felt bad since it took so much time to only change a room that was clearly bad. However after that the staff were very kind and guided us to use the tram and gave us exact locations. They were very cooperative and one of them even printed us a paper that clearly stated how we can reach our destination.

Location: we thought the hotel was located in zurich but turns out its in an area very closed to zurich however the location was perfect since it was exactly infront of the tram which takes you within 4 minutes to a station called Stettbach and from there you can reach nealy everywhere. The room: It was big. Well equipped with kitchenware and clean.
