It would have been better if the apartment was located on a level street!

The long uphill walk from the street was a major problem for myself, age 86 and my wife, age 88, especially as it was sometimes ice covered! Therefore in the 3 days we were there, we went into town only once!

The acces from the main road to the appartements is the problem, specialy family with baby stroler, Or oldest people.

The appartements was very comfort, and clean. The facility are complete. Very nice view.

You have to climb a hill to reach the apartment but nice chalet manager helped us with our lugagge. One thing in the kitchen is lack of serving plates and bowls

Size is big, location (matterhorn golden sunrise view), modern apartment and facilities including sauna and spa, nice sound system, use of full kitchen equipment. Shuttle is available to pick you from/to station

The location is a bit far fr train station and all the shops. Have to walk uphill everyday for abt 10mins

The have full facilities. As we were there for few nights so we cooked and celebrated mooncake festival there.it’s very quiet as it a bit far from the Main Street

Sauna was not working. But still deserves 10/10 for the fact they try hard and even provided a sauna when many other places don’t.

Didn’t realize what a hike it was to get to the apartment. A little difficult with our luggage’s. Disappointed that the floors were not clean and dust on the bathroom walls. Many broken accessories in the bathrooms.

We called to say we were on our way by train from Tasch and someone was there waiting as soon as we arrived they walked us up to the apartment and showed us in. The apartment was very spacious with a nice deck and slight view of the peak of Matterhorn mountain.

It took the hotel more than 30mins to send over a taxi to pick us up. And the apartment locates at the top of a long slope that nobody helps us with the luggage.

There are a lot of steps and walking to get to the property.

The condo/apartment was very modern, clean and spacious. Loved the sauna and steam room downstairs. Worked very well with our family.

The lights in one of the bathrooms weren't working properly.

The staff was amazing and very serviced-minded. Quick to respond and act on our requests. Amazing views from the flat. Situated close to the main points of interest in Zermatt.

It wasn't the cleanest of apartments - the areas under the couch and coffee table weren't swept, which were ok for the walking toddlers and the infants who were not yet mobile but my crawling baby picked up a lot of dust crawling around. The extraction fan in the non-ensuite bathroom wasn't great either, so the grouting could do with more of a scrub. We had issues with transport pick up/drop off and the concierge service - be sure to get mobile contact details prior to arrival because there was apparently a different train station exit to be picked up from (not the main exit) and the only way we could contact them was through the booking.com messaging system since the apartment line isn't manned during off-peak season! We got the contact details of the lovely apartment manager after check in but this was after over an hour's wait for the pickup with multiple babies who were getting fussy. Had similar issues with drop off to the station at the end of our stay, luckily we arranged it with the apartment manager because we had given our travel details through the booking.com messaging system well in advance but they only responded to us about transport arrangements hours after we had already left. Another minor point, the tumble dryer did not give accurate timings (washing machine was ok) and there were no clothes airers for each apartment, only the communal airers. A bit awkward to have people from different apartments standing around waiting for the tumble dryer to finish hours after it was supposed to.

Perfect views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from the balcony on a clear day, the two 4-bedroom apartments were a comfortable size for our extended family, in fact this was one of the few places that could accommodate the size of our party with all the facilities we wished for! Good access to the communal washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen was great for making light meals including food for our babies. Fairly close to the supermarkets too which was lovely. Some of our family members enjoyed the jacuzzi as well.

the apartment is very well made and all the minute details of comfortable stay of the guests is very well taken care of. The management was very kind and flexible on each count , be it late checkout or porter service and drop off. We really appreciate it and had a pleasant goodbye to the apartment.

We are 14 persons stayed at 2 apartments for 3 nights. Hot shower was not enough for last 3, 4 persons. I did inform the staff at the first night, but improvement.

the apartment is located quite a bit away from the street. it’s a bit of a steep walk up to the apartment building. so can get a bit tough if u have a lot of luggage.
