My room was extremely small with the bed jammed into a tight space which meant it was difficult to move around the room. The mattress was like a giant sponge with no lumbar support. Very soft and uncomfortable. My room offered a view into the kitchen of a neighbouring restaurant. I had no room service during my stay.

The hotel is located in a central location... easy access to transport, cafes, restaurants, shops and all the main sights of Zurich. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

The lift was slow, not very well maintained and quite small even for two ppl with luggages. The room looks better in photos compared to reality.

We have to wait for check in and check out.... the machine did not work properly. Nobody at the reception. Next to my room there were a couple of persons that were discussing and yelling making noise many hours during nighttime.

The check in was not so easy as it's a virtual check in. The communication with WhatsApp is not so fluent. The room very simple.

We only got 1 tiny pillow each which was lumpy and uncomfortable. There's pros and cons of be located in the middle of the city. It was loud at night and smelled like stale cigarettes.

Check-in was easy although it wasn't self check-in as the reservation had noted. The room was a decent size compared to a lot of European rooms which are tiny.

We were left outside in the cold for over an hour until the house keeper let us in because the door wasn’t working. The guy who should up later didn’t even apologize. They didn’t answer my calls or messages. When it was time to pay for the tax they text me non stop

There are no views and the neighbours in the other rooms were quite loud during the day slamming doors, shouting etc. The facilities are ok, quite pricey for what you get.

The location was amazing in the heart of Zurich beside the promenade around the lake. The staff was lovely.

I think they just need to accept that the self check in doesn't work. Many reviews state this, and it didn't work for us either. The staff who checked us in said it never works, and another large family was also having issues checking in. This is further complicated by a lack of other way to communicate. You get a phone number but for many of us international travelers, phones don't work. There is no other buzzer or doorbell, we just got lucky someone spotted us from the window above. Additionally when given our key card, the room was actually occupied. We had to go back and exchange rooms for an unoccupied room which could have been awkward.

Close to a train station, affordable for the area. Comfy beds. It's small, but I think that's ok. A small fridge was helpful for us.

Very good hotel for a short stay in Zurich. Perfect location, in the old town and very close to parking place. Clean rooms. We didn't eat breakfast there but we can recommend their bar. We had a nice time there. Thank You Linda :-)

Breakfast was available, but don't expect a Hotel experience this is more a grab and go type of breakfast, Linda was really nice to us and provided everything that we needed. Again you are getting what you are paying. They don't have self check in. You have to wait for the person in the bar to facilitate this process (he was really nice too)

Love the comfortable bed, they provide you fans which can help you during warm days of late September. Good for staying a night, will not recommend it for longer stays.

The PARKING and map location! There was limited parking near the hotel, and the hotel on maps was difficult to find. The sign to the hotel on the main street was small and hard to see. Additionally, I am also surprised that this was Switzerland. I expected high class amenities, even from a 3-star hotel. It was boutique and limited. It was remodeled, but It reminded me of the simple, Motel 6 hotel in the United States. If you want simple and basic for your stay, I would recommend this place. If you’re looking for something more posh, choose a different hotel.

The location of the property was perfect for the city center experience. Alex in the bar and breakfast area, made our stay the most enjoyable. Alex was so nice and kind! He was attentive to our needs and served us each day on our stay. Alex was the best!
