One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Amazing location with some of the best views I've seen. The staff were so hospitable. Usually we struggle to sleep well with hotel beds but had one of the best nights in a long time. Could not praise the place high enough.

I have no complaints.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located above the city with a magnificient view of the mountains and lake. We had the same perfect view from our room. The size of the room is a good one, comfortable beds and pillows. The Romanian lady in the reception was of a great help for us as she gave perfect and clear instructions on how to reach town centre and where to park. The distance from the hotel to Lucern town centre is maximum 10 minutes drive. It is a hotel where I will definetly return.

Hotel location is quite remote and a bit far from city center of Lucern. Need taxi or car to get to the hotel. What we mostly impressed is panorama city view from hotel location. Truly stunning and beautiful!! Hotel room is slightly small but new, pretty, and well equipped. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The entrance door & side doors needs to be repainted and rhe elevator needs to be refurbished as they do not match the lovely interior decorations.

The door needs to slam hard to close, I think it’s worth taking a look, it’s a little tight.

The view of the mountain is great, there is a car cable near to the property, Pilatus Mountain. The staff is very nice and friendly. The cleaning of the room was impeccable and I dare say that it has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept. It’s really worth it!

Can hear quite a lot of noise from the hallway (people opening and closing doors etc.) also the communal stairway is a little run down and doesn’t match with the rest of the interior. Would be perfect if there were spa facilities

Wi-Fi problems during our stay on NY weekend.

Amazing quit place, 10 min from Luzern by car. Very cozy decorated lobby and rooms. Great view to Luzern and to mountain and forest. Good breakfast.

The only problem was the wifi, signal and the TV. On our arrival we were informed for the weak Wifi services that were supposed to be fixed by the next day, but for the next 4 days of our stay, it was not resolved. The TV was not working.

An excellent hotel with amazing interior design. The room was specious and clean, with all the needed appliances. The receptionists were kind and helpful.

I did not realise until I got to Lucerne that there was no public transport to the Hotel from the town, which makes it quite expensive with Taxi fares during my stay. Perhaps some mention of this in your quide.

A good choice of foods, perhaps food could be in one area or room instead of being spread about 2 rooms. I did not see the 2nd display of food until another quest pointed it out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space betwween the tables. Staff were friendly and helpful
