The only negative at all was that the heat was broken (for our entire floor)on a night that was very cold. However front desk was very helpful to bring us blankets and extra comforter, which made it cozy.

The hotel was lovely and the view was outstanding. The bed was so so comfy.

Room size

The view and tranquil atmosphere and the outstanding food made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed. There are numerous common areas to relax and read or visit. There are hiking / biking trails all around the property through farmland.

The road to get up the hill last couple kilometers was a little nerve wracking but we got the hang of it.

We stayed at the hotel for dinner on Saturday night as we didn’t feel like venturing up the road at night and the meal we had at the restaurant was incredible! Blew the meal we had in town out the water. The views from the outside were spectacular.

What an Amazing place, this Boutique hotel is proof that what makes one Hotel great is the staff. People here are really willing to make some extra steps to make a guest comfortable and all in all it was a great experience. Especially view is really fantastic, Hotel is super clean, the restaurant food is really top, the same goes for the restaurant team., professional and nice. What a joy. The only thing that u need to take into consideration, is this hotel is very far from the heart of the city, you can not walk for example, as well no Spa and swimming pool, but all in all a great place if you want to spend top relax weekend and experience some Swiss charm:) Would definitely come here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit beautiful Lucern.

the beds are really comfortable but the luxurious covers hide the sharp corners of the bed which both my husband and I bruised our legs on as the space is quite tight

The property is situated up on a hill, close to Luzern and has a stunning view over the city. The room we had was super cosy, i liked the fact that we had two terraces with different views. A big plus was the Nespresso machine in the room. We could enjoy a coffee in the morning on the terrace from our room. Stuff is very friendly and nice, all of them. The best thing about the property is the restaurant. Best food we ever ate in Switzerland …and probably the best food we ever ate. Everything was super tasty and definitely you should try the Chef’s table special menu. Chef Gianny is the best. Be sure you don’t miss having a dinner at this restaurant, the food combined with the view is incredible. We had a really great time and we’ll definitely come back.
