Trying to figure out the bus that went to the hotel from the train station was a little difficult but we able to figure it out.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was good and easy to get around.

On the pricier end for a budget hostel, but this is Switzerland. I couldn't get to stove to work, but again I didnt ask for help, so very probably I was doing something wrong.

Amazing staff - so helpful and kind! Gorgeous kitchen, though I couldnt get the stove to work (but that was probably me doing something wrong). Quite location and clean rooms.

Just the right location if you want to go hiking around Schwyz. I met fellow travellers here and I find it nice to be around people with the same interests as me. The place is clean and comfortable enough.

Nothing really, there was some noise from the bar but that didn't bother me, might or others. Also, the room was small but I didn't mind that either, it depends on the person I suppose.

The pillow was just not comfortable. If soap is free, it should be left in the bathroom not at the reception.

I didn't like that it was almost midnight and some members of the same family arrived at that time to the room I was sleeping. They started turning on the light, making a lot of noise and start speaking in their native language. Doesn't the check in supposed to be until 11 pm ? The other thing is that the laundry room need more machines. There is only one washer and drier for the entire hostel.

At the last night a town party (loud music, lots of people) was right under our window, it was impossible to sleep even with closed windows. We weren't informed of this when booking the room.

Hot water in the shower starts after several minutes so that's the thing hotel could work on. Also the smell in the whole building wasn't very pleasant.

The location was great for going up Mythen. There was some noise from the street at night, but that was partly due to needing to sleep with the window open to get air in to cool the very stuffy room!

Value for money hostel (considering price levels in Switzerland) in a good location. It's very close to the buses that will take you to the Schwyz-Stoos funicular. Also close to the small towns in the area like Muotathal and Illgau. There are quite some restaurants close by as this hostel is very close to Schwyz Zentrum.

The fourth person added to our group of three for accommodations snored really loudly, but he could not be accommodated elsewhere due to capacity. Not really anything to be done unfortunately. Otherwise was a nice stay!

Staff at reception/bar were very friendly. Helped provide information for hiking and helped break change. Rooms were spacious and the location is close to the town’s centre. Also located in a central area of Switzerland and many other tourist destinations could be easily accessed by car.

Inconveniences, but not dramatic: tiny bathroom, sometimes a light smell of smoke in the corridor, no elevator.

The hotel/hostel is situated in a beautiful surroundings, where the Swiss Alps begin. In the vicinity are mountains Mythen, Rigi, Fronalpstock (above Stoos) and the lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstättersee). Free parking, free WiFi, welcome drink. The room was clean and recently renovated (still a light smell of a paint). Two single beds next to each other where very comfortable by themselves, but the gap between them was somewhat disturbing. Bedclothes new and fresh. The bathroom in the room was tiny, however had all basics: WC, sink+shelf+mirror, shower (with curtain and small shelf for soaps), a set of towels (2 bath, 2 hand, 1 foot), places to hang towels, soap/shampoo (at the reception). There is also a common kitchen on another floor, but we didn't use it. Host is very friendly.
