My only criticism was we were in a roon on the 4th floor, which had a mezzanine level for the bed. To get to this level, you had to climb stairs at a 53° incline staircase. This was, I think, a little to steep, especially with our dog who was with us. She had a moment on the stair where she nearly fell. After that she didn't want to go near them. There are also small joint gaps in the bannister connection to the vertical l newel. Which although strong and firm. Alarmed me a little. Both rooms we had were the same and one of the guests was a spritly 70-year-old. If she wasn't, there would have been no way for her to go to bed. So, if the guest can not. The hotel needs to consider this eventually.

The location was beautiful and the hotel was really lovely. With a great link into interlaken and beyond if you to use as a base to explore the Eigar and Jungfrau by train. Staff and food were really good

It is a quaint place in a great location to experience the passes. Motorcyclist friendly with parking. The restaurant has good food and drink. The staff are friendly. I would stay again.

The breakfast was rather basic, with various spreads packaged in little plastic containers, croissants, buns, eggs, and granola, as well as coffee and juice.

The rooms were quite nice and clean and we had no issues during our stay. There is a train station nearby and parking in front of the hotel.

Check-in was very rushed, almost curt and pre-payment was required. Whilst always polite, the staff seemed to have little time to answer questions.

The flies that most people comment are a bit pain, there no where to be seen until your food arrives, the staff gave us one of theirs spinning things to put on the table and that helped, as soon as your plates are gone so are the flies so it’s not a too big a deal.

great location for exploring the local passes, biker friendly and plenty of space to keep the bikes out at the front. food was reasonable value and good choice and all the staff were really helpful.

It would have been nice for the family to have our 3 rooms on the same floor, but I guess the hotel was too booked for that as we were put on 3 different floors. The staircases and floors were very noisy (creaking wood).

Nice hotel in the middle of the small town of Innertkirchen. We liked the friendly reception, the clean rooms and the close proximity of the Aareschluct which we visited prior to our stay. The shower was excellent, spacious and quick hot water with good pressure. Breakfast had a good choice of possible foods.

Walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors (like actually understand every single word they were saying). Could not sleep well because of the snoring like a bear neighbor. Had to sleep on the sofa downstairs.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. The room is big and the tv can be connected so we could use our Netflix account and other plateform.

The rooms were very hot, so had to sleep with window ajar. There is a church next to the hotel that rings its bells every half hour and chimes on the hour so didn't sleep much, room 24 i think at the back. overrun with flies while you are trying to eat

The rooms were spacious and adequatly equipped. The food in the restraunt was very good and lovely ice cold beers, no rush to get us to finish our drinks. staff very attentive, ideal location at the end of one of the passes. Breakfast was excellent, with a large choice of goods
