- they take deposit of 15CHF, after your stay they give it back to you - lots of people in the breakfast so it was very crowded but in general it was fine

+ big clean room, nice hotel + we’ve got a free tickets for public transport, you can go to the center by bus (20min) or train (5min)

The staff was not very helpful. We needed cutlery in room which we were refused even though there’s a kitchen.

Location was very nice and well connected to the city. Bus stop and train station and very close and there are few eating places also right outside the hotel. They also provide a free bus pass valid in Lucerne, helpful if you don’t have Swiss travel pass. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.

The staff were so bad. The check-in took forever because the guy didn’t knew what he was doing. He made mistakes after mistakes. The next day the other guy from the reception asked as for the payment once again although we payed when checked in. Honestly one of my worst reception experience ever.

Decent size room and good facilities. The breakfast was a bit plain but in general ok.

Walking distance to train station. Have migros supermarket nearby. Location is near lucerne and the scenery is nice. Breakfast has a variety. New furnishing.

Breakfast has very limited options and the same everyday. It’s not offering sausages or bacon which usually are great for breakfast. Pastries were not that interesting as well.

Very clean and updated layout. Close to Bus stop 14 which took us to downtown. Has restaurants/food chains nearby. Nice staff.

Falsely claimed on the web that this location has free parking. That was part of my selection for this hotel. When I got there, they charged me $15 to park in the garage across the street. Simply state that in your web communications instead of identifying as free

Pretty Big rooms value for money. The hotel provided city public transport tickets during the course of stay which can be used throughout Luzern area and has a bust stop right outside the hotel making it easily accessible. Most of the staffs helpful and supportive. Car parking needs advance notification so Hotel can arrange one in their premises, even otherwise there is a public parking garage in front of the hotel which charges 2CHF per hour. Breakfast pretty normal , the spread could have been better but no complaints compared to the rest of the hotel we stayed during our trip

Breakfast pathetic 😒 sorry for this word but stayed for 7 days and every day same to same Breakfast for we Indian we at least need Omlet that also when I requested the Manager Mr.Philp his words were we are 3 star hotel and we cannot give and this will stop me from booking holiday inn in future

Its a good place for a short stay, Easy Access to Train station and Bus connectivity to city center/attractions. Hotel had Continental breakfast, There is no on request items (eg: No omelet, crepes etc so check and plan for your child's preference.). There are few fast food joints and restaurants near by to the hotel. Car Parking available with Fuel and wash station nearby.

The hotel was neat and clean. The location was excellent with the train station at a walking distance of 250 m. The view from the room was awesome. The staff at the reception were also very helpful. My special thanks to Olga for all her care and affection to my daughter when she got hurt. My daughter sends you lots of love.

Everything was perfect except one thing - the sofa was tooooo small for our 2 children of 14 and 10 years old. It's maximum 140 cm width. I don't think a hotel should offer it for two people, even children.

1. Car Parking not available with Hotel for free. 2. Not enough supply for basic essentials like drinking water in adequate quantity.All amenities were as bare minimum (hence not a value for money)
