the location was very good. We walked almost everywhere. tram and bus stops are very close if needed. the room was comfortable and big enough. the kitchen had everything. coffee that is supplied by the hotel was very good. staff was very helpful and smiling. we enjoyed our stay and if we visit Geneva again sure we can choose this hotel again.

Friendly and welcoming receptionists, comfortable bed, room and bathroom impeccably clean and hygienic, water cooker in room, not too keen on the decor, yet that's a matter of taste. However, it is fresh and bright.

The hotel is a little bit out the way, however it's only a 6 minute walk to the bus stop to get around the city.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we felt completely safe and the bathroom was modern. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly 😊

Location was close to primary shops, HOWEVER, it would have been perfect on the Mont Blanc side of Geneva, this is more olr-town, pretty quiet and laid-back.

Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, extremely clean. Continental breakfast was great with plenty of options. It would be good to have some hot food in the future. They also need to offer Almond milk for those that can't consume Soy or Dairy. Otherwise, would highly recommend on the quieter side of Geneva.

Thé location was great! Was about 20-15min. max from the old town ( with some short cuts even 10). Rooms was clean and beds comfortable having everything that you’ll need for a short stay. Totally recommend!

The location is convenient if visiting the university, or wanting to be close to parc bastion, for instance. It is a bit further from the rest of downtown/lake (but still an easy walk!)

Comfortable and convenient stay. We stayed in a studio room - it was great to have the kitchen area. The hotel provided crib and baby bath for our small child free of charge, which was much appreciated. It was very quiet as well, near bus stop and grocery store.

The room was very stuffy as we couldn't open the windows (locked due facing a flat roof top. We were very hot the first night even though the radiator was switched off. There did not appear to be any air conditioning controls visible.

Very clean, large room, as we'd been upgraded to a disability room. All facilities you'd expect were there. The reception staff were very helpful. On the 2nd day, we needed to wrap a present and they offered paper, sticky tape, and scissors all of which they brought up to the room.

Did not pay extra for the breakfast as 18 Swiss francs seemed expensive even for Geneva. TV could do with some more English channels if you are planning to use.

Modern, clean and with generally good facilities. The hotel was tranquil and comfortable with a good shower room. The staff were helpful. It is a good location to connect to transport and not too far from tourist areas if you are happy for a short walk.

Well, there is nothing I would say that I disliked at this hotel. Exceptionally good hotel.

I really like the way the room was set up. The clean bed linen, the choice of colours and the overall cleanliness. The staff was very helpful and and polite and supportive too. They usually accommodate the requests of the guests and always sharing extra information which is very helpful for a person who is new in the city.

We had a small issue with the temperature, that it was a bit too high inside of the room for some reason...however, if you open the window it is fine.

I was asked if I wanted cleaning, which I did not want as it wastes resources. This was an excellent way for me to experience your hotel taking care of the environment!
