It's a nice clean room although very basic, but forget about self-catering - the facilities are very limited

Room was a bit dingy, wifi wasn't great, seems like it was run out of the back of a restaurant.

Cute spot with a nice view of the courtyard down below, easy enough walk from the train station through town and very close to the lake.

Parking was challenging. The kitchenette wasn't stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.

When we arrived we had booked a two bedroom apartment only to be put in a room for three people. Upon advising reception the owner came and advised that the booking had come through as 3 adults and one infant which I'm not sure can be right as you have to state your children's ages when booking. However the room had been booked to someone else. We were given a second room free of charge but this meant our family was split up. We were happy that they had another room as our trip was to attend a wedding but not great to be split up.

The staff were accommodating and the room was big enough and fine for a couple of nights stay it was clean we had towels toiletries and there was a few bits in the cupboards to use. Overall not a bad place to stay.

The room was not very clean , spider nets around windows , floor was little dirty . One lamp beside the bed was not working .

Excellent location and confortable bed . Once Windows were closed was very quiet staff very friendly , I did an early check in and they didn’t charge anything . The room was provided with little kitchen equipped with kettle, toaster and microwave.

Hand basin drain somewhat blocked. Mould in the shower. Needs a spring clean! Appartment 301 stipulated as not equipped with soundproof windows, yes it can get noisy.

Great location in the inner city, the old part of town has lots of character and is quaint, near lakeshore with many viby Restaurants.

Noisy road when window open. No coffee machine as stated in ad, and toaster was a toasting machine. Shower temperature fluctuated and drained slowly. Kitchen tap loose.

Easy to get to the lake and the bus, and the train not far away. Arrived early and they were kind enough to let us into our room. Helpful staff.

The picture of the property provided on Booking.com is wrong and misleading. The photo shows another building and the photo is taken from the entrance of this property. There was always somebody from the staff smoking at the entrance. Lift is working but is old and has no ventilation. We had booked apartment for 3 adults but had to request more than once to get a third napkin and towel. Shower had black spots which looked like fungus. Wash basin was half blocked and was not repaired in spite of telling the staff every day about it. Fan in the room had lot of dust on it as if it had not been cleaned for many weeks.

Location is good. Bus stop is right in front of the property and Vevey lakeside is just a couple of minutes walk. Nice bakery nearby.

Sofa was dirty, the elevator broke during our stay and wasn’t a very safe elevator. Cutlery wasn’t clean. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. However okay stay for a night or two if you’re planning to visit Vevey and Montreux.

The location was amazing! The apartment is very big and spacious. You can park the car nearby.

Location near the lake, right in the cutest part of town but quiet at night. Unit was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Provided soap, clean linens.

Elevator was busted when we were there. So it is hard to go up the stairs with heavy luggage.

Just 10 mins walk from the station. 30 second walk to the lake/Chaplin statue. Room is spacious. Got the basics covered. Note: ask for the Montreux pass(free rides and discounts to places) when you check-in so you dont have to ask at another times when the staff is not there yet, and you have to wait.

on arrival we were given a room that was not even cleaned which did get sorted . to be honest it was what would be expected for that price however it could just do with a good clean otherwise it’s probably ok for a night

The quality of the room was really low - the barrier on the stairs and mezzanine was moving and it was possible to fall down - we made temporary scotch arrangement to prevent falling. The terrasse, which is very big was full of garbage - bottles and cigarets. Falling off faucet in the shower.

Location near to the lake - perfect. Parking on the street free of charge from Saturday 19.00 and whole Sunday. We had the biggest room - very very spacious. Nice staff.

It looked and smelt like a 1980s bedsit. The shower head was broken just where it joins the hose so I had to turn it around and shower with the water sprouting from the joint. There was only a tiny bit of toilet paper and no extra that I could see. Luckily, I did not have the runs. There was black mould in one corner of the bathroom ceiling and it didn’t have that cozy warmth when you entered.

There was a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. It was clean and most importantly quiet, so that I could sleep! Considering most Air BnBs in the area are the same price I paid for the room, I prefer the room as it has a private bathroom. Most Air BnBs at this price have shared bathrooms.

very strong unpleasant smell in the elevator and across the whole building. personnel never asked us how we are doing or whether we need anything not sure whether the room was cleaned during the time we were there - 3 nights.

very noisey at night, rooms overheated , tired and run down , no where safe to leave luggage the next day as we wanted to go for a day hike. we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bags in the area provided.

The lift has a serious problem with bad smell. It smells constantly very bad like trash.

The location is great, you can walk to the Leman see in one minute and take a bath. The view from the window is nice too.

The fire alarm went off at 4.00am with a ladies screaming for a good hour. The alarm only stopped a half an hour later. Nobody in attendance. If it has been serious I wonder what would have happened.... On my departure, I wanted to leave my luggage as my flight was only later in the afternoon. But nobody at the reception to talk to, albeit I had already asked the day before.
