the hotel is clean and comfortable in a central area of Geneva. The staff has been so kind to allow me to work in the meeting room on the day of my departure, since my return had been delayed by a few hours.

The heating was too warm for sleeping and although we turned it down it stayed warm. In the end we opened a window at night which fixed the problem (we were on the 5th floor).

Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and the freshest of fresh fruit salad. All delicious. Staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about this Hotel. However, It is a 4 star hotel without a bar or restaurant that serves lunch or dinner. However, there are some really nice restaurants within a short 5 minute walk of this hotel.

The hotel is in a building that is about 300 years old. It is very updated in a way that emphasizes the charm and style of Old Geneva. It has very interesting modern art from an earlier age decorating the rooms and hallways. It had a breakfast room that served an excellent breakfast.

Bit concerned about security in case of fire. .. only one set of stairs, if these are blocked you are trapped, and no way to get out from balconies or similar

Great location of the hotel in the center of Geneva and very close to the train station. Main sights and a lot of choices for restaurants are in a short walking distance. Very friendly and polite staff, always willing to help. Service was professional and efficient at all times. Room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Nice and cozy decoration all over the hotel.

The rooms we stayed in only have a shower, no bath. After a long day, it’s nice to take a relaxing bath. But the shower is very nice, so this is not really an issue.

Particularly commend the EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, that not only includes everything that one might want but special care has been taken in the aesthetics of the presentation, as well as the care of the staff beginning from the manager taking personal care of guests and their requests. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful (very unusually, though I always ask for it, they had put the correct work address on the bill and noted allergy problems even before we arrived). So often people seem to be miserable, but the staff here were all delightful. The decor is beautiful, with beams, bare walls, and other lovely touches. I should add that they upgraded our room, so we had a really brilliant room. The wifi was good, the breakfast was excellent, especially the collection of fresh fruits and berries. It was quiet, a short walk from the main station and from the centre of Geneva (in between the two). I would say even that for the quality and the comfort it was good value for money.

Delightful Hotel in prime location near Lac Leman and old Geneva. Staff on reception the best and most friendly we’ve ever met. Generous sized room with excellent lighting. Numerous bars, cafes and shops immediately adjacent.
