The hotel is located in central part of Zurich but on a fairly quiete street. The tram stop is really close. Rooms are cosy and clean. Breakfast was fine.

It was very warm and the air conditioner was not very efficient. You can not kipp the window open because the noise of the circulation.

My room was small, and although the room description specified "bath", there was only a shower.

Generally just what you would expect for a business hotel. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

No aircon. Noisy road.

Even though this property is within walking distance to the station it is uphill so is a bit challenging with suitcases. The tram stops right outside though. We had a comfortable stay and the room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. We would have preferred aircon in the hot conditions and as the road is noisy you can’t leave windows open at night. They provide a few extra touches such as lemon water and a coffee machine in the foyer which is nice. The breakfast is simple but adequate.

The room was nice, enough space, with a nice balcony. We were at the top floor and I liked the disposition of our room and terrace. The breakfast was varied and with options for everyone. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Location was a little inconvenient as you will need to take a transfer to main station.

Breakfast was a good spread. Especially love the cereal add ons. Room was big and bed was comfy.

I didn't like that reception was until 5pm and the keys were electronic, I was anxious to think what to do if something would happened to my key at night and I couldn't get into the room because there was no one to help.

Breakfast was good, room wasn't that big but it was a good size, it had a fan that helped with the heat at night. It was quite at night but you could hear some bells from the church and the tram, specially if you left the window opened.

We did not like the impersonal self check-in. It was confusing for us seniors, and stressful after our flight and coping with public transport in a foreign country etc. While we paid a premium price, it is Switzerland after all, we expected more variety at the breakfast buffet, and there was no English Breakfast tea. It is fine for a short stay though.

Our room was at the back with a pleasant view. It was a treat to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. While it was a long walk into the centre, the trams are frequent and the tram stop is close by.

Three of the light bulbs in my room weren’t functional :( the room was a bit dark and seemed smaller than it actually was (which was a tad small).

The road outside is quite load (trams whizzing past). The aircon is loud. So this place is not for light sleepers, at least in the summer months.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a nice location. Rooms are large. Really liked the yoga mat in the room - great idea. The breakfast was excellent.

Great value for money. Room was cozy. Hotel is located on the hill so I would recommend to take a tram no. 7 to get there from HB. Otherwise very nice location in calm neighbourhood.
