The staffs are so lovely and they are super helpful. (especially Luca give us so much informations when we arrived) . we like our breakfast and we have a nice conversation with staffs who work in morning section. we also love the sauna room . it is SUPER . The tram just 1 mins walk to hotel. Everything in the hotel are perfect for us.

Amazing hotel, very modern and clean. The location was very good and easy reachable by tram 4 (couple of minutes to the main station, also runs frequently). The staff was very friendly and supportive, amazing team! In the lobby there is a coffee machine you can use, available all day, fridge with drinks and some fruits (all for extra charge) which was very convenient. Free mini bar in the room. There is a bar located in the ground floor as well. All in all, amazing hotel for a very good price.

The property is modern and well decorated. There is a pool table, sauna, gym and parking available. Staff is super nice and efficient. Overall it’s a great value for money. You’re not in the center of Zurich but it’s really easily accessible with the tram so was perfect for us.

I don't like that they take 75 CHF per night as a deposit when doing check-in, it doesn't make sense to me, but anw the amount was returned after check out.

The room was great, staff was nice, location close to the city center around 15 min by taking the tram number 4. The room comes with a small free mini bar and free access to the sauna and gym(we didn't use). Overall a very good experience.

No kettle in room but not even one available even to pay for. Have to make a trip to the top floor for hot water every time, Breakfast overpriced.

Good location, tram right in front which is the way to get around the city, easy. Good amenities, liked sauna, liked coffee machine by reception, very comfortable sitting and work areas all around. There is also a Coop market around the block.

A little bit far away from city center.

Great hotel! There is a tram station nearby, the transportation is very convenient, the room is spacious and the facilities are new, the breakfast is also great! The staff are very friendly and the experience is great.

- Some of the bikes needed some maintenance (eg. flat tyres) so check before you get on one. - Gym was being renovated when we were there so the temporary space for a gym was a bit small (but once the new gym is renovated it should be great!)

- E-bikes available for free on the weekend and for rent on weekdays was a great touch. - Sauna is very big and beautifully done. - Staff are super helpful and friendly with suggestions on what to do. - Location is slightly further away from the bustling centre, but that's what's great about it - it's quiet. Zurich is small enough as a city to get around anyway. - Would definitely stay here again.

Visible construction work in some areas of the hotel, some notice would have been good. The Spa and gym was a little small. Otherwise everything else was super.

We like the personalised touches, complimentary mini fridge, vibrancy and inviting vibe of the hotel, reading material, little messages, humour, artistry, homely feel.
