Room was cosy, for three people, great breakfast. We walked from station, was 10 minutes. Hotel gave us Basel cards for transport. Let us Checkin early as room was ready.

There is no electric kettle in the room.

Considering the price in Switzerland, this please is ptretty cost-efficient. Location is ok as hotel offeres a Basel card covering free trasnaportation, and there are bus 10, 11 and 15 near the hotel. Room was basic and simple.

I travelled with my son, and we can not separated the beds what we ask for when reserved this accomodation.

It was very tiny, but clean and quiet. Really deserves it's price.

No hair dryer in the room. No TV programs in English. The sink drain was not working well. I had to wait a while for the water to go down.

Great location near several tram stations. Friendly staff. Food available anytime on the ground floor. There is a fridge with variety of foods, snacks and beverages, as well as a coffee maker; payable at the front desk. Clean room and bed. A blind shade outside the window other than a roll screen in the room.

1) Cramp room space - of you have many people in the room - it will a bit challenging to move around/pack your things with your luggages on the floor. 2) The bathroom door cannot close tight, water keep on leaking out everytime you bathe - making the floor wet 3) leaking shower hose

Location is great - close proximity to main train station, but walking to the hotel is rather difficult, no walkways to the hotel. Better to take the tram from Basel Bahnhof. Tram will stop close to hotel -just walk 4-5mins

There was a lot of noise in the corridor. Nothing to do with the hotel but rather uneducated guest (to remain polite) shouting in the corridor and slamming doors.

Very nice staff and easy check-in. People at the reception desk are very nice and the room is small but great for a one night stay. Breakfast to go are available for people leaving before 6AM

Easy to to reach the Center with tram w the provided tram card (after an 800 m easy walk from the railway station to hotel). Very basic room w good bed. Separate shower, wash basin and toalet. 24h reseption. Friendly check-in, english spoken.

There is honestly nothing that comes into my mind right now. You get what you pay for, actually a little more you pay for.

The location and the staff were both exceptional, have to say that both made this short trip more memorable. Everything is in walking distance and you have everything you need in the hotel or in close distance .

It's close to the tram stop I needed to get to my conference in Dornach, so very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was lots of choice for breakfast and it was served from 6am.

We never had complaints about cleaning, however, the level of cleanliness in the rooms this time was less than ideal. Beds were not well done, and the bunker bed was not touched by the cleaning staff. My son had an encounter with a man soliciting for food from the Snack dispenser at the lobby, my son felt obligated to buy him something and there wasn’t other problem. I mentioned to the front desk 15 minutes later, and while they were understanding, it would be good to have more awareness about what’s going on in the lobby with customers and potential solicitors.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting Basel and are satisfied. The location is perfect, very well communicated, easy to access, with parking and safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good and with wide variety. Müsli is very tasty.

We weren't informed about that we needed to request the hair dryer during check in, so we had to go downstairs and leave the deposit for it when we needed it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was available earlier so we were able to check in and rest after our early flight
