There was a lot of noise in the corridor. Nothing to do with the hotel but rather uneducated guest (to remain polite) shouting in the corridor and slamming doors.

Very nice staff and easy check-in. People at the reception desk are very nice and the room is small but great for a one night stay. Breakfast to go are available for people leaving before 6AM

Easy to to reach the Center with tram w the provided tram card (after an 800 m easy walk from the railway station to hotel). Very basic room w good bed. Separate shower, wash basin and toalet. 24h reseption. Friendly check-in, english spoken.

There is honestly nothing that comes into my mind right now. You get what you pay for, actually a little more you pay for.

The location and the staff were both exceptional, have to say that both made this short trip more memorable. Everything is in walking distance and you have everything you need in the hotel or in close distance .

It's close to the tram stop I needed to get to my conference in Dornach, so very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was lots of choice for breakfast and it was served from 6am.

We never had complaints about cleaning, however, the level of cleanliness in the rooms this time was less than ideal. Beds were not well done, and the bunker bed was not touched by the cleaning staff. My son had an encounter with a man soliciting for food from the Snack dispenser at the lobby, my son felt obligated to buy him something and there wasn’t other problem. I mentioned to the front desk 15 minutes later, and while they were understanding, it would be good to have more awareness about what’s going on in the lobby with customers and potential solicitors.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting Basel and are satisfied. The location is perfect, very well communicated, easy to access, with parking and safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good and with wide variety. Müsli is very tasty.

We weren't informed about that we needed to request the hair dryer during check in, so we had to go downstairs and leave the deposit for it when we needed it.

Entrance to hotel wasn't immediately obvious, window didn't open and was a bit noisy as next to the train tracks.

Vending machine with variety of meals, drinks and snacks, packed lunches. Microwave, tea/coffee facilities in reception area.

Great value for money. Very clean. Minimal furniture - double bed with bunk above, very small desk, basin and shower separated off with a curtain. Separate toilet. Small basic room but very clean and fresh. A budget hotel but everything you need all very well planned. Great view.

Bedroom is very very small for a family, bathroom is open separated just by a curtain. It works just in case of an emergency as it happened to us.
