We did not like the toilet, because the door of toilet is useless. When one person is inside the toilet, other one can hear and can smell everything.

Room size could have been little big although its sufficient for 1/2 people. However, it was not a problem at all. overall experience was very good and would definitely recommend

Location of the ibis is very good as it near to Basel SBB ( 1 stop away on tram line 10,11). Rooms were equipped with required amenities & was very clean. staff was very nice and helpful.

It’s very small, i shared a twin room with a friend and it literally enough to sleep very compact.

The location for me was great and the space was just okay, it has what you need to stay few days.

The toilet paper was the worst. It was like a bad advertisement of recycled paper you'd buy once and never again. This definitely needs to change for the money charged. Also, not the quietest on the main train tram line but pack ear plugs and you'll be grand. 10am breakfast finish time would have been better at 10.30 for those who like to take their time as the coffee machine was turned off and food removed at 10 sharp.

Reception staff were lovely. Room was a decent size and breakfast choice was excellent .

I felt like I needed to open the window, even a tiny bit, to let some fresh air in. Maybe a kettle so I could have made some tea and coffee.

The bed was very comfortable! I was impressed by it. I liked the fact that the rooms were also cleaned.

Room was cosy, for three people, great breakfast. We walked from station, was 10 minutes. Hotel gave us Basel cards for transport. Let us Checkin early as room was ready.

There is no electric kettle in the room.

Considering the price in Switzerland, this please is ptretty cost-efficient. Location is ok as hotel offeres a Basel card covering free trasnaportation, and there are bus 10, 11 and 15 near the hotel. Room was basic and simple.

I travelled with my son, and we can not separated the beds what we ask for when reserved this accomodation.

No hair dryer in the room. No TV programs in English. The sink drain was not working well. I had to wait a while for the water to go down.

Great location near several tram stations. Friendly staff. Food available anytime on the ground floor. There is a fridge with variety of foods, snacks and beverages, as well as a coffee maker; payable at the front desk. Clean room and bed. A blind shade outside the window other than a roll screen in the room.

1) Cramp room space - of you have many people in the room - it will a bit challenging to move around/pack your things with your luggages on the floor. 2) The bathroom door cannot close tight, water keep on leaking out everytime you bathe - making the floor wet 3) leaking shower hose

Location is great - close proximity to main train station, but walking to the hotel is rather difficult, no walkways to the hotel. Better to take the tram from Basel Bahnhof. Tram will stop close to hotel -just walk 4-5mins
