The atmosphere during the night was not great. Although its complety in downtown and during the day is absolutly fine, at night it was not great

I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than 1 night as it was quite basic. No complimentary water on arrival and tea / coffee was poor with no milk or biscuit. It was very warm in the room and we were unable to turn temperature down. Windows were small and room was a little dark.

Great price compared to other places in Geneva and as we only needed a bed for 1 night it suited our needs. It was clean and had the basics in terms of shower gel etc. Check in was super easy with access code. 5 mins away from bus and train station. Very accessible to all the sites so location great. We checked in at 3pm, dropped our bags returned at 10pm had shower, slept, showered in morning and left by 9am so all in all spent less than 12 hours in the room. This was all we needed.

Effectively no service after 6pm. Everything was relied on the phone. The electronic lock in the laundry room was out of battery for a long time without replacement. All my clothes were locked in the dryer overnight.

I would recommend to put wending machine with water.

The property is located in the heart of Geneva. It was close to everywhere. The communication with the property was easy, despite the late check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the property for stay.

My only critism is that when we arrived there was hardly any coffee or tea facilities in the room and no complomentary biscuits, so after a long journey and late arrival we could only have one hot drink when we arrived. Luckily there is a McDonald's round the corner and a few local small shops where we could buy things from. Not having a breakfast option was also a little disappointing but wouldn't stop me from staying again. The road and surrounding area was a little noisy at night however Geneva is generally a busy place so I think you would have this wherever you stayed. The windows were double glazed and blocked the noise out but if you like to have the window open at night it might be a problem.

The hotel is a perfect location. 5 mins from train station, bus stops and Lake Geneva. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was comfy and you had everything that you could need including shampoo conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There was not a breakfast option at this hotel, so can't comment on that. As we arrived late it was a bonus that we already had been sent the pass code for the hotel and room which is easy to navigate. The geneva travel pass is also a bonus and is sent to you a few days before you travel. Would definitely stay here again

Very easy short walk from the main train station, very clean, bathroom excellent, and room good size for one person with very comfortable bed. Mostly very quiet with only minimal street noise. Able to open the window for fresh air. Staff helpful on arrival. Good WiFi. Easy walk to main part of Geneva

It was my expectation that we would get sachets of milk, coffee, tea or sugar and water through out our stay. I asked the reception and she said its only at the time of welcoming. :(

The location is close to restaurants, and there are nice walk ways around the location.

The pillows on the bed weren’t great as my neck wasn’t very well supported but that’s personal preference to an extent I guess!

Location was spot on, 2 mins walk from the main train station and easy to access everything on foot. Accommodation was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff were super helpful!
