The space was limited, no cleaning service during a 5-days stay, it was unclear how to avail of breakfast in the premises, no fridge, personnel to ask information was there only from 9am to 6pm

The “apartment” was a small room with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and keyless access. It worked very well for what we needed, which was just a long layover between Athens and New York.

Centrally located and convenient. I like that the staff made effort to allow slightly earlier check in as our flight had landed early. They also gave us little gift after knowing it’s our honeymoon trip, but this was not compulsory and expected.

Nothing. We stayed two nights and were happy with everything.

Loved that the bathrooms were fully shocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The room had a hair dryer, iron, kettle and coffee and teas. This was important. The apartments are very centrally located near the metro, buses and all the key areas in Geneva. The location and the price of the apartments is it's major selling point. Check-in was seemless too.

Since we were traveling with our dog they asked for a 500CHF deposit which we did using the credit card. I understand that’s common practice and was told that the deposit would get cancelled automatically after I checked out. However it wasn’t and after two weeks I was still not reimbursed. Wouldn’t recommend after this experience.

I kept on getting scam messages from the hotel where they asked me for my credit card details again or my room booking that was already paid for would be canceled. Once I submit my details I get a message saying that there are scams being sent from their website and I should not respond. I then refused to send my passport and ID details to check in online. There are also no parking for guests. We received a fine for parking in the street after being told that it was okay to park there.

It's a little scary arriving late at night and there is absolutely no one to help! At some point I had a little scare. My codes were not working. I tried many times and started panicking. Finally, I realized in was at the wrong location. My VisionApartments was 2 blocks further down (Mont Blanc). It was my mistake but still a little scary. Thought I'd be in the streets for the night. lol. So, my advice, try to check-in before 6PM, if you don't like a suspenseful time.

Location was excellent! I was able to walk to everything I needed. Town center, parks, the lake, Jet D'eau, many restaurants, and McDonald (because Switzerland is outrageously expensive, lol). Loved that! The room was really comfortable. Quieter than I expected for the area. Clean, welcoming, and somewhat spacious enough. Bathroom was super clean. They did not provide any toiletries but not important if you have your own stuff. You get a comfy robe however, and an extra pillow. This is not a hotel, it's apartment style where you get codes, via email or text after booking. Use one code for the building and another for your room. Simple enough if everything goes right... Throughout my stay there, I saw not a single soul! lol. I arrived late, left early, came back even later, left early again. So, the experience felt a little impersonal if you are someone who wants to be welcomed by a human being. Some people don't care. I am one of them.

The hotel was easy to find and located close to the main train station as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean, quite spacious for a simple hotel room, nicely equipped with basic facilities. Staff were kind enough to give us a late checkout and help us with luggage storage at the nearby hotel location.

Very good and comfortable room with spacious modern bathroom. The Receptionist, Mr Abdel is wonderful. Very kind, responsive and helpful.
