Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I asked for quite room and they give me a room on the main street I can hear everything from the street! Breakfast wasn’t that good, staff in restaurant and in the front door weren’t friendly and supportive for example, I asked for a taxi for example and they said it was on the way but I waited for more than 5 minutes and when I went outside the hotel I found taxis waiting in the queue outside, this happened twice by the way! this just example and I have more

United KingdomThe poolside bar/restaurant food was poor quality for the price and the service exceptionally slow. On average an hour to order a drink and for eventually it to get to the table, yet very quiet. Same the next day too again even though a few guests, yet 4 staff. Plus trash and hotel slippers under tables left from daytime swimmers and staff walking past them, not willing to tidy. Not a great evening dinner/drink setting really. Don’t know how they would cope if they were full. Such a shame as I have been to the intercontinental hotel in Dubai and Fujairah and the service is exceptional.
Very clean hotel, good location near airport and comfy stay. Breakfast and breakfast staff were fantastic and very attentive.
