Only one thing that we didn't like. No locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. Everything else was perfect.

Almost everything was exceptional and exactly as promised. Clean large rooms, excellent kitchen with all amenities. Peaceful area, yet close to main street. Interlaken West station is about 8 minutes walking distance. We arrived early and were provided a code to access the key to store our luggage in the luggage room which was very helpful.

The bedsheets were a bit rough like sandpaper. Wifi was spotty and kept disconnecting without internet access. Very strong smell of cleaning products.

Super convenient location steps away from the main Street. Close to grocery store. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious apartment. Dishwasher, kettle, fridge and freezer. All dishes and cookware provided. Parking space and secured luggage room available for use before check-in and after check-out, providing a safe option to leave our belongings while exploring for the rest of the afternoon before leaving the city.

There was a strange smell in the building and the apartment. No lights in the staircase after sunset, very dangerous with kids considering the apartment was on second floor.

The apartment was very spacious with all basic amenities. The apartment was clean n tidy.

We loved the cosy feel and the facilities. The apartment was well stocked up with things that we didn’t even think we’d need but we’re very grateful they were thought of by the host!

There is no elevator in the property. However once we enter into the property, it does not look like major inconvenience. The Check in time is also at 5 pm which is late compared to other properties, However they do have a luggage room to store the luggage

Apartment was amazing. Excellent mountain views from every room. Lake is very near to the property. Located in a peaceful location. However it also has the supermarkets and restaurants near by. They have also provided toys for the kids.

The property was right in the middle of shopping area and famous restaurants and hotels near Interlaken west station and the access to the mountains was very easy through bus stops right outside our lane and west station again at walking distance from the apartments …

It could be lacking of coffee machine and capsules like other apartments that we stayed.

We are family of 4 but the room size is good enough for 6 pax. The apartment provides good variety of kitchen utensils. We cooked our breakfast 3 out of 4 nights that we stayed. The apartment is a bit off the street but it doesn't matter as we enjoy strolling to and from the apartment. Aare river is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. You will enjoy the beautiful river with the mountain as a backdrop of the river.

No lift, since the entrance and staircase area was slightly small so it was definitely a challenge for our heavier luggage. Check in at 5pm (quite late) and out at 10am (quite early) compared to other accommodations.

Amazing apartment, the entrance did not reflect the inside of apartment as it gave an impression of being small. It was very clean and spacious which made our stay of 5 nights really great. Apartment is about 10-15 mins walk to bus stop and Coop. Pleasant stay as the area around is peaceful and away from streets/street. Nice view of mountains and residential area from the windows. Nearby Funky Chocolate Club cafe for some nice hot chocolate too :)

It was very clean and with clear instructions. It was very easy to locate. Only thing the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator/lift. So it was one time task to take the luggage up. Host was really nice and answered all our questions.

Only recommendation is to add block-out curtains to the kids room so they are able to sleep when the sun is still out

Home away from home. Communication was excellent. Apartment had everything you needed. So clean and neat and well set up. Very comfortable. Lovely view in the quote and calm. They also had a lovely kids room all geared up to receive children (children’s books and some toys which our kiddos really enjoyed!)
