Kitchen is shared and just next to bathroom. Not enough utensils in kitchen. There is only one toilet and sometimes its just too busy as every apartment in building is using the same.

Location is really good. bus stop is right below the apartment. and railway station Interlaken west is only 5-7 minutes walk. Rooms were clean and space was okay. there was also a balcony attached to our room.

It was like hostel. We are a group of 4 people. Our toilet is shared with someone. Turn out that person hang all belonging of her all over toilet. It is bad that they dont manage this.

Waste of money! Would rather live in another village if you have limited budget. Rubbish room in a rubbish house. It looks the very very small room has never been cleaned up.

They let us drop the luggage before checkin. That’s the only good thing.

The apartment was in 2nd floor without lift - imagine the hardship with family and many luggage’s we have to lift by ourselves in a 2ft circular staircase! In addition the bathrooms needs to be shared !?

In addition to the shared bathroom, which is located within the kitchen and is shared with another room, there were a few other aspects of our stay that warrant attention. Firstly, the narrowness of the stairs posed some inconvenience during our visit. However, the most crucial issue we encountered during our stay cannot be overlooked. It had a profound impact on our overall experience. For two out of the three nights we spent at this accommodation, we were consistently disrupted by noise from the lower floor. This unrelenting disturbance was not only distressing but also severely affected the quality of our sleep. The sheer volume and intensity of this noise were extremely disruptive and should not have been allowed in any hospitality establishment. Unfortunately, we were unable to pinpoint the exact source of the disturbance, though we suspect it may have been related to an air conditioning unit or similar equipment. Regardless of its origin, the noise was intolerable and significantly marred what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

The place we stayed in Interlaken was not only the most budget-friendly option available, but it was also conveniently located near Interlaken West station. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, offering discounts on attractions like Jungfraujoch and providing complimentary transportation within Interlaken during our stay. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi and well-equipped kitchen met all our needs. Additionally, we were grateful for the opportunity to store our luggage at the hotel both before and after our check-out.
