Small room, beds were not comfortable, bathrooms needs renovation.

Location was good, near the center. Good for a short stay like eat sleep and go. Shared kitchen was ok to use. Mountain view from some rooms. One can get parking in nearby streets in cheap price like 1.20 chf per hour 7.00 to 19.00. In night, one can park free.

The room provided was remarkably comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the gracious hospitality of the property owner. Additionally, the property's close proximity to both the metro station and city center made transportation exceptionally convenient and efficient. An ideal location to stay and enjoy the hill view.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We had an enormous family room we were in the basement and the kitchen facilities were next to our room. People would cook, sometimes it was busy.

The kitchen and toilet quite scary for me😨 but still all the facility is in a good condition.

The location is just a walking distance to Interlaken Ost, and so near to the main road. Easy to find. The room is big and nice view.

Reception was at another hotel which was 4 minute walk away from the hostel. Wifi was very bad, not worked for a long time. Even I made a complaint but no response. Washroom was not cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights and one whole day one washroom was not cleaned.

The location was good, but we got room at 3rd floor which was not good with our luggage etc. The reception was away about 4 minutes walk at another hotel. Wifi was not good

It’s difficult to contact staff when I arrived. No any detail provided for check-in. I have to ask other visitors who suggested us to contact hotel toscana. Bed sheet and duvets are not clean. I have to take a medicine because of dust allergies. Main door always opens. No any staff. No security.

The location is close to Interlaken West station and Coop. It’s easy to find some food. I recommend to choose room with private bathroom.

The bathroom located at third floor so have to climb to the top to take bath and WC. There is unpleasant smell at kitchen. Have to walk to somewhere else to check in.

The sound isolation is really bad, i can clearly hear People talking next door. Lack of sockets, and all of them are Swiss standard, It's very inconvenient.

The location is great, so closed to interlaken west station, one McDonald's and many supermarkets. It's on a very quit street. The bed is really comfortable and clean.

The location is near by the train station. And the kitchen is very convenient and full-equipped. Strong hot water system is a plus

I was quite surprise that our room was in semi-basement. The room was not ready when we arrived, despite we arrived after the start of check-in time.

The location is really good. It’s a central, but it is also quite, so the night life of city won’t disturb you. The hotel provides the option of parking
